I came in for repairs to frames I recently ordered online, walked right in, and Raine got them squared away and helped me figure out what to do if they didn’t stay fixed. I can’t speak to the optometry at this location, but the customer service was top-notch!

Stopped by the Warby Parker store today and had an awesome experience. Rain helped me out, super helpful, answered all my questions, adjusted my frames perfectly, and was genuinely kind the whole time. Even with the cold weather outside, the store felt warm because of the people working there. I’ll definitely be back. Amazing experience all around.

I’ve been using contacts exclusively for a few years and today’s visit to Fulton Market Warby Parker felt like a gratifying step back to glasses. The staff support was a perfect balance of support and feedback. Designs were really gorgeous, with surprisingly many great options to choose from. Delighted with my choices. This place was great at first, I was a first time customer and was assisted well. The associate that helped me pick out my frames was awesome. I let him know I was getting married in a month and that I wanted a new frame to walk down the aisle in. He even expedited my order so I thought I’d have my frames in plenty of time….WRONG. My ver special frames have gotten delayed over and over again with little to no communication. I had to finally call for the third time to cancel my order as I’m getting married in 4 days now and the frames haven’t even been shipped. I’m so incredibly disappointed in how this was handled and sad I’ll be walking down the aisle in my regular 2 year old frames. Not coming here again, that’s for sure.

This location has excellent customer service! Cindy was super helpful with sharing our benefit information and helping us pick frames. She was sweet and let us know we could come in any time for an adjustment to our frames if we ever need it.The optometrist was amazing! She was kind and patient with my 8 yr old during his exam.

First time at Warby Parker, great experience!!!! The WB team at Fulton Market was outstanding. Sales team and Dr who conducted my exam were all knowledgable, communicative and wonderfully friendly. Team stayed a little after closing to help me find just the right pairs of glasses.

Good selection of frames, quick & friendly service!

I used to have a pair of Warby Parker glasses back when they were new in the industry, and I liked that pair a lot. This was when they did not have their own store. I have a presentation coming up and I want to look my best, and decided that I want glasses. I recently had an appointment at Warby Parker in the West Loop. The store is beautiful and modern. The Dr. was kind and I appreciated her no-nonsense professionalism. My associate Cindy was excellent in helping me narrow down and pick the best frames that were "me" instead of trendy, as well as answering all of my questions. It was a lovely experience. Pro tip is to check your insurance first to ensure WP accepts it (obvious but I didn't think of that). I suggest going in person. I recommend Warby Parker!
