Best experience I’ve ever had in an eyeglass store.

They couldn't figure out how to tighten a screw. They told me they've broken glasses in the past and so if they broke mine they wouldn't be liable and then required me to give them an email. Not the brightest bunch.

Staff was great here! I’m super indecisive and they helped me narrow down the right frames for my face. Ty!!

The turn around time on the glasses is the same as ordering online but when I called to find this out, spoke with a very nice woman named Whitney. Very good customer service.

if I could give it 0 stars I would. this had to be by far the worst experience. this is my first time going to warby parker alone, usually I'm accompanied by my mother. This is the first time at this specific location, and last, please do NOT go here. They are not friendly people, I first walked it I was greeted by a man named “Eddie, or Eddy”, long hair, etc etc. I was told they don’t accept my insurance. However I could pay upfront and get reimbursed through my insurance. I was 5 minutes late eddy said “let me see if the doctor will still see you”. It felt like after he found out they didn’t accept my insurance I was pulling teeth. After the eye exam, which may I comment the lady was wonderful and made my experience I was then off to pick frames. No one ONCE greeted me and asked if I needed help after the eye exam. It felt as if I was being watched the entirety of the time by eddie. I didn’t like any of the frames, I asked the lady if I can take my prescription someone else since I didn’t like the selection. This lady says, I’m going to pick out a FEW frames, wait right here. She proceeds to come back with a off white bulky frame that appeared to be sunglasses. She said it’s being discontinued and that they couldn’t make them into prescription lenses. Why she gave me them is beyond me. I was being watched the entirety of my time and felt as if I was being judged by Eddy the entirety of my stay. There was even a instance I caught him staring at me, and once I locked back he FINALLY said “is there something u need help with”. Warby Parker is all about customer service, my entire family goes to them and has switched over to them for a while, this was terrible and I hope nobody else has to experience this.

Just left my annual exam and Dr. Boyd really exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate her taking time to address my concerns and I noticed this exam was particularly more thorough than I’ve experienced in the past. Her expertise really shined here and I hope to see her again for my next one.

Very helpful and efficient staff! And stylish and cheap glasses! possibility to do an eye exam in the afternoon (subject to availability) Was walking by and ended up purchasing new glasses !

Ask for Dr. Karina for your eye exam. She’s thorough and really cares about eye health.

Outstanding customer service from the 3 members of the showroom staff from start to finish. Dr Boyd exceeded my expectations with my eye exam. She was patient and listened to all my concerns. Extremely competent and knowledgable. My wife and I both purchased glasses during our visit.

I had to return my glasses 3 times because they weren't working for me. The staff was super patient and helped me try to figure out why they weren't "working". I had gone back to my eye doctor each time to get a recheck. Basically they had either forgotten to add something to my prescription or had completely gotten it wrong. The staff at the Fulton Market Warby Parker offered to squeeze me in to do a new exam and walked me through what they had found vs. what the original doctor provided. I just got my new glasses and they are perfect!! I will absolutely be going to this location from now on for any exams & glasses I need.

I had the best eye exam with Dr. Boyd today. I had an eye exam few days before with another doctor outside warby parker with a new prescription which did not feel right! Decided to check it at warby parker this time. She took time to listen to my concern and make sure I get the right prescription! Il never go anywhere else for eye check.

The optometrist was very approachable and gave me clear and detailed answers. She also took note of all my concerns and addressed them by giving me some very useful recommendations.

Great staff and selection of frames. The eye doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very satisfied with my eye exam and frames chosen. Clean store very organized and easy flow. Not over whelming at all. Prices are comparable to other eye places.

Doctor made me feel very comfortable with his dad jokes and also expertise and tips surrounding recovery from procedure. The whole team made you feel safe and calm during the surgery as well.
