Deer Park Warby Parker was very helpful in finding my 16 year old son his first pair of glasses. The customer service person was kind, knowledgeable, and gave us the right amount of customer service.

My husband bought his glasses at Warby Parker in Deer Park and had a wonderful experience. Today I brought my new prescription (which is more complicated than that of my husband) to the Deer Park location and had the same exceptional experience. The salesman pointed me to a new frame, which I appreciated, and he made filing my insurance claim so simple! I highly recommend Warby Parker in Deer Park!

Excellent experience, the service was great, Catie was really helpful. There's a wide selection of glasses here, I'm usually pretty picky as to what I want to wear and I was able to get one of my own and one that Catie suggested. Five out of five stars easily.

Customer Service is great. So many options to choose from. I have loved each frame and they are so reasonably priced. Glasses cost less here with no insurance than other stores with my insurance. Won’t go anywhere else. Way better than lens crafters!

Great experience here! Carie was amazing and professional! Very friendly and really there to help you. Also, there was a tall gentleman with a beard and another lady that was also so friendly and professional! Dr Leonard was truly the best I’ve been too! He made you feel comfortable and got with you on every concern I had with my eyes. I am a type 1 diabetic and eyes are very important to keep a regular check on. The staff was the best I have seen in a long time. It’s hard place the world right now, this put a smile on my face.

Loved my experience. They accepted My prescription from another store as long as it was less than a year old. They had the exact frames I was looking for. The service was fast and friendly. They mail the glasses 🤓 to you.

Great customer service and designer quality frames at amazing price points!!! I shopped at 2 big name stores that accepted my insurance and got price quotes on reading and distance glasses. Then I went to WP and loved the frames but was disappointed to find out that they were out of network for me, so I couldn’t use my insurance. They encouraged me to price out the glasses anyway AND even without my insurance, they were over $100 and over $150 less expensive than my two quotes USING my insurance! Crazy!!!! And I love the frames so much better than those I chose at the other stores!! Win, win!!!! I am a customer for life!

At almost 47 years-old, my eye doctor delivered the bad news: I needed corrective lenses. My husband is a Warby Parker enthusiast, so I perused their website to see my options. After I selected several pairs of eyeglasses, I visited our local Warby Parker in Deer Park. After trying on potential glasses, Steven assisted me with choosing one pair and then ordering a pair of sunglasses. Again, this is all new to me - and Steven guided my decision making and patiently explained the process step by step. It was clear that this is more than a job for Steven - it’s his career. I *may* have encouraged him to become an eye doctor because you can see that this is his passion. Thank you for a wonderful first visit!
