Dr. Aleksandra Susol
Introduction
Dr. Aleksandra Susol graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) in 2021. She is proud to be a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. In her downtime, Dr. Susol enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, and attending Cubs games.
Dr. Josué Morales

Dr. Josué Morales is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico (IAUPR) in 2021. Dr. Lan Nguyen
Introduction
Dr. Lan Nguyen is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2023. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Nguyen uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.
Dr. Ricardo Ayala
Introduction
Dr. Ricardo Ayala graduated from the Chicago College of Optometry (CCO) in 2023 Dr. Ayala is proud to be a member of the Illinois Optometric Association. As an Illinois native (fun fact: he graduated from Plainfield South High School) he is grateful to be practicing close to his hometown community. In his downtime, Dr. Ayala enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with his wife and his dog, Daisy.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had a hard time finding it but the staff was fantastic. I was aknowledged immediatey and taken care of then. I went in to have my frames adjusted and I was done and gone in 5 minutes.
A week later I was having issues with my glasses so I went back to my optometrist to check my glasses and they were made correctly so I was re-examed and my prescription changed. I called Warby Parker in Oak Brook and they updated and ordered my new glasses while we were on the call.
This location has the best customer service I've ever had. You now have a customer for life.
Keep up the good work.
I would give you more stars if possible.

Super easy exchange process, I brought in a pair of glasses I ordered online and they looked up my order for me to do the exchange. The process took less than 5 minutes from the time I picked out the frames I wanted. Definitely recommend the price and level of service.

The Oakbrook location was a great first-time experience for my wife and myself. Great selection of frames - reasonably priced, too. The best part, however, was the staff. I had the best experience last Saturday at Warby Parker. I was looking to replace my favorite sunglasses that had been worn to death. What I really wanted was for these SAME glasses to just get new lenses. I asked one of the friendly staff to help me. Itzel did a lot of detective work for me trying to find my order (I gave the wrong email and she figured it out). She checked in with other staff to see what could be done for my glasses. She took time to make sure that I left that store with exactly what I wanted. She was lovely! Itzel brought the wonderful optician, Julian, over to help set up my order with the same glasses but new lenses. Julian was so great at explaining to me the benefits of all the lense options. This way I was able to get exactly what I needed. He even had them shipped directly to my home so that I did not have to come back in. What a great experience!!! This will be my new go to store for all glasses. Thank you, Itzel and Julian!
