Dr. Aleksandra Susol graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) in 2021. She is proud to be a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. In her downtime, Dr. Susol enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, and attending Cubs games.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
The well-known portion of an eye exam where you read from a chart of progressively shrinking letters until they're too small to see
The part of the exam that determines your prescription for corrective lenses (if you need them)
A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had the best experience last Saturday at Warby Parker. I was looking to replace my favorite sunglasses that had been worn to death. What I really wanted was for these SAME glasses to just get new lenses. I asked one of the friendly staff to help me. Itzel did a lot of detective work for me trying to find my order (I gave the wrong email and she figured it out). She checked in with other staff to see what could be done for my glasses. She took time to make sure that I left that store with exactly what I wanted. She was lovely! Itzel brought the wonderful optician, Julian, over to help set up my order with the same glasses but new lenses. Julian was so great at explaining to me the benefits of all the lense options. This way I was able to get exactly what I needed. He even had them shipped directly to my home so that I did not have to come back in. What a great experience!!! This will be my new go to store for all glasses. Thank you, Itzel and Julian!

We just stopped by the Warby Parker at Oakbrook Mall to see about sending in my daughter’s glasses for repair. ( Her Dad accidentally stepped on them!) We figured it’d take a long time to get them back but we’re so pleasantly surprised that Harrison fixed them right then and there!!! Both he and Airica were so great to work with!
