I was at Old Orchard running an errand and didn't realize there was a Warby Parker store there. I already have a pair of glasses that I purchased at the Oak Brook store and popped in to find out if they had any additional colors of the same frame. Gene assisted me and was so helpful! He actually helped me to choose a different frame that I really like that I probably wouldn't have tried on without his assistance. Excellent selection of frames and five star customer service!

The staff was friendly, not pushing for a sale.The store is clean and welcoming.

It was my first time at Warby Parker, and I had a great experience. I was very impressed with the hospitality and helpfulness of the whole team, and I'm going to be returning in the future and recommending to my family and friends. From Belise, to Yocelin, to Lorne, and my eye doctor (I think it was Dr. Brown?), everyone was so helpful and accomodating. They helped me understand all the procedures, costs, and other logistics of the process, but also helped me pick out frames and suggest different styles based on my preferences. I am so happy with my experience here and will come back again.

This was my first time going into Warby Parker for my own glasses. I'd been in other shops with friends. I had looked for some nice frame styles I liked beforehand and was able to try on everything I wanted to. There's a lot to choose from so it can be overwhelming. I enjoyed the virtual try-on experience at their website. Getting help in the store finding the styles and colors I wanted to look at was easy. The person I worked with was very helpful. Stylish and affordable, highly recommended. And they tightened my wife's glasses while I was browsing.

Great experience! Friendly staff and doctor, appointments run on time, and the store is very clean. It was a great place for an eye exam for my 5 year old, and I appreciate the affordability since her exam was required for school but we didn’t have vision concerns otherwise.

After an initial hiccup with price quoting and a frustrating couple of phone calls, Nick Elliot, store leader, reached out to me directly to get an full understanding of my experience, he went back to his team to figure out what went wrong and came back explaining the situation in full. A mistake in the communication on pricing, had led me to believe I was being quoted $240 for the same service. Nick took the time to explain clearly, apologized for the miscommunication, and offered a generous resolution. I would say it was a masterclass in customer service, and am looking forward to remaining a loyal WP customer!
