Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the eye exam was very thorough and not rushed. All questions were answered and was not pushed into any purchases I didn't want.

Great experience, everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Smooth check-in, small hiccup while equipment restarted, made painless by cool staff. Good explanations and answers from optometrist. Check-out experience great too - no upsells and also knowledgeable like rest of staff.

My new peepers were hurting behind my ears and the fit just didn’t work. My back up broke. I also wanted something different that I could try. So walked into Warby Old Orchard and fell in love with a frame. It was super easy to order with the team because they were just readers so the staff helped me order and offered blue light so I added it as I use my readers for all reading including on phone, laptop and iPad, so it was essential. The cost wasn’t that bad either but based on other brands outside of Peepers I’ve been shopping it’s comparable. I love how straightforward the Old Orchard team was and the fact that I got to try on a multitude of frames was a win!

Excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted and seen early for my scheduled visit. The eye exam was thorough and i appreciate each step being explained to me. Each staff member was courteous, professional, and quite kind. Honestly, I know I will be back because everyone in-person was wonderful plus the online appointment scheduling and virtual try-on made my experience all the better.

I received excellent service at this location. I purchased two pairs of glasses. After one week I wanted to exchange one for a different model. The process was fast and easy and I received my new pair in one week. I love my glasses.

If you come to this location please ask for YOCE!! She knows what she is talking about!!! She helped my friend and I today (Sunday 3/2 @ 5:20) pick the right size glasses when we have gone to multiple Warby Parker stores and no help was given. She deserves a raise for being amazing at her job!!

Wonderful experience with Joycelyn today explaining the shopping experience there and beginning to end customer service focused handling of myself and other customers. Good value for quality, higher end looking glasses frames and sunglasses. Clean and organized storefront. Overall, I had a great experienced and would highly recommend this location that won’t disappoint.

This was the easiest process of buying glasses. I am used to at least a half an hour to buy glasses. This took less than 10 minutes. It was so professional. I am a customer for life now!

This is going to be a mixed review. The reason for the one star is due to one of their employees twice now has been the worst negative Nelly, drama queen I have had the displeasure of having to even try and work with at Old Orchard. I went to pick up my glasses I was belittled for not having them mailed to my home address. I told him why I took the time to drive to the store to pick them up which was recommended by the doctor who is the bright spot at this store. He couldn’t be more negative and useless. When I went in today to exchange the progressives that didn’t work for me he went off on how much trouble this would be for him and how I may owe more and if there was a refund he wouldn’t be able to give that to me. He belittled the fact that I used insurance. I could go on but I think u all get the point. I then called their customer service and she was a doll. So helpful, so apologetic. She took care of me in 10 minutes with a smile on her face and an extremely helpful attitude. This man ruins Warby Parker’s reputation. He needs a desk job away from people. I have always enjoyed Warby Parker but this guy ruined all of that for me. I choose different insurance this year, thank goodness.
