Dr. Klesken uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam —prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker Warby Parker Willowbrook at Target. (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

My daughter and I went for eye exams today, and Dr. Klesken is the best! She was very professional and super friendly. She diagnosed our vision issues and explained everything throughly. Christopher was also very helpful in selecting our frames. I highly recommend this location!!!

I was skeptical at first, because I thought this was going to be an online only experience! Boy, was I wrong! I was happy to find a store in the south suburbs and able to make a same-day appointment! Dr. Debbie and the young lady at the front desk(forgot her name) were so helpful in picking the right pair of glasses... I ended up with two! They made this experience worth it! Both glasses fit perfectly! I received my glasses within 8 days of purchase and have no issues!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Warby Parker location inside Target.
I received two new pairs of glasses by mail and have now made three separate trips to this location to get them adjusted. Each time, I was told the only person allowed to make adjustments — the eye doctor — was not working.
Apparently, this location only has an eye doctor onsite 2–3 days a week, there are no set hours posted, and there is no direct store phone number to call ahead and confirm availability. Even the 1-800 customer service representative had no idea when the local doctor would be working.
I actually called Target directly, and a very kind employee physically walked over to check for me and told me the doctor would be in within the next couple of days. So I went back today for my third attempt — and once again, no doctor onsite.
This setup makes absolutely no sense. If adjustments can only be done by one specific person who works limited and unpredictable hours:
• Provide a direct phone number for the store.
• Offer an online appointment system so customers can book a simple 10-minute adjustment slot.
• Don’t operate a retail eyeglass shop seven days a week if the only person who can perform adjustments works three.
• Clearly inform customers at the time of purchase that adjustments are not available daily and drop-ins are not guaranteed.
I have been a loyal Warby Parker customer for over 15 years. Yes, I appreciate affordable eyewear — but my time is far more valuable. After three wasted trips, I’m done

Loved my time at Warby Parker!! From the very beginning, I could tell that my experience was going to be incredible. I came with a (long!) list of glasses that I wanted to try on and Tori was quick to offer to find them while I got my eye exam done (so efficient and considerate!). Dr. Klesken was fantastic, she is so friendly and informative - I loved meeting her!
After my exam, I had tons of fun finding the best 2 pairs with Tori. Once I got my glasses delivered, Chris helped me adjust both pairs so they fit comfortably - super patient and detail oriented. Precious is amazing too! This entire team is by far the best. I've been to their West Loop location, but honestly this Willowbrook team makes you feel right at home. No ego, just a wonderful experience with people who really care and make you feel comfortable. I have already told my friends and family about this location and they're so excited to try Warby Parker for the first time. Thank you team!! 😊

Dr. Debbie was fantastic! She is personable, kind and really wonderful. Unfortunately, the tech ordered the incorrect glasses for me, wide instead of standard, so the process to fix this was a big hassle and it will be over three weeks to get the correct pair when I was promised expedited 10 day shipping. I was in a time crunch to get them and wouldn't have purchased them from the store if it was going to be 3 weeks.
