Dr. Johni Curts
Introduction
Dr. Johni Curts is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in 2011. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Curts uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $115
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I just ordered my 5th pair for Warby Parker glasses and I always get compliments on my frames. I absolutely love them! They feel far more durable than the designer frames my eye doctor tries to sell me, AND they are less expensive than the eye doctors offer.
An added bonus, which I feel is extremely important is the customer service is always excellent.
I don’t have a photo to post right now, but trust me…you’ll LOVE THEM!!!

I didn't think I'd be getting emotional about a pair of glasses. Yesterday I had my first experience with Warby Parker. Not only do they have a big selection of frame styles, but they also have inclusive sizes from extra narrow and extra wide. Even after picking frames in my size, the worker noticed they still didn’t fit quite right on my face. He brought out another pair with a lower nose bridge, and the difference was immediate. They were more comfortable, and honestly, they just looked better on me. I’ve worn glasses for most of my life, and I didn’t even know this was an option. I’m sure it was just part of his job and something he’s trained to notice. But for me, it meant everything. It meant someone saw my discomfort without me having to explain it. That moment really stuck with me because it showed how important inclusivity and attention to detail are. Something so small made such a big difference. Glasses are something I wear every single day, and for the first time, I’m actually excited about getting a new pair. Thank you to Warby Parker for the thoughtful design, inclusivity, and genuinely kind customer service.

I liked the selection Warby Parker has online, but because of my particular problems with my vision, I am more comfortable working with an optician to make sure my irises are properly measured for my best vision. The opticians were friendly and approachable but not overbearing, and helped me choose what was best for me in a frame and the lenses. It was half the cost of my last pair of glasses. I will shop there again.

I used the eye exam service at Warby Parker for the first time today and it was a great and seamless process. They conducted my eye exam, I ordered new glasses and had existing ones adjusted all in 30-40 minutes. Try that somewhere else! It is why I keep coming back and now with the eye exam as part of the experience, it just got better.

There was a small issue with my order that resulted in a cancellation, so I visited the store on 10/23 around 3:30 to get it resolved. I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me, but they were incredibly helpful and kind. I was helped right away with no wait, and the whole process was smooth, quick, and easy. I also needed help choosing between two styles, and the associate assisting me helped me pick the perfect pair.
I’ve visited this location a few times, and every-time everyone has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I usually get stressed choosing new glasses, but the staff here always makes it a great experience. Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me!
