Everybody that I have been in contact with is very friendly and helpful. Good selection of frames to choose from.

The associate cared about my choices, but he also directed me to new options. The professional atmosphere, along with great selections and realistic prices will be the reason I return.

Good as I was looking for a nice frame and I looked around town but came back to Warby Parker Bradley Fair, they have really nice frames

Went in for the first time to shop for frames, found some I liked and got a price quote with my prescription and wanted to take the night to think it over. Decided I wanted to purchase so I went back the next day and the employee remembered me, remembered which frames I wanted, and got me all checked out & paid up within a matter of about 15 minutes. Very easy process which I appreciated, as I was on my lunch break. Will happily return in the future.

Amy and Emily helped me find the best glasses for me. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Would recommend repeatedly.

I had a wonderful experience buying my glasses at Warby Parkers!!! I spent some time on their store website looking at available frames and even used the Try-On feature to help me learn what I like. I am so happy there is a Warby Parker store near me so that I could actually try on frames that I like. It really helped me choose. I was helped by store employee Amy who was so nice, professional and helped me narrow down to my favorite choice. She even helped me convince my husband to try on a few more current frames and he bought a pair too! WP prices are so reasonable for quality glasses. With the fantastic customer service, quality product and good value it doesn’t make sense to shop anywhere else.

This was my first experience at any Warby Parker. I checked out the online website and a colleague told me their experience was good, so I checked it out after spending an hour at another place without getting any personal attention. I ended up buying a pair of prescription glasses and my first pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff was incredibly helpful without being in my business. I will return!

I was in Saturday to discuss my purchase of 2 pairs of Eyeglasses and had fantastic customer service with Emily! She was very knowledgeable and happy to make necessary changes/adjustments. They have great selection of frames and again, great customer service!
