I had a great experience while visiting the store. It was my first time but I immediately felt accepted and respected and the two people who helped me were professional. I would return in the future.

I had a wonderful experience buying my glasses at Warby Parkers!!! I spent some time on their store website looking at available frames and even used the Try-On feature to help me learn what I like. I am so happy there is a Warby Parker store near me so that I could actually try on frames that I like. It really helped me choose. I was helped by store employee Amy who was so nice, professional and helped me narrow down to my favorite choice. She even helped me convince my husband to try on a few more current frames and he bought a pair too! WP prices are so reasonable for quality glasses. With the fantastic customer service, quality product and good value it doesn’t make sense to shop anywhere else.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent personal service. I have been happy with Warby Parker for all of my glasses needs for close to 10 years.

This was my first experience at any Warby Parker. I checked out the online website and a colleague told me their experience was good, so I checked it out after spending an hour at another place without getting any personal attention. I ended up buying a pair of prescription glasses and my first pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff was incredibly helpful without being in my business. I will return!

I was in Saturday to discuss my purchase of 2 pairs of Eyeglasses and had fantastic customer service with Emily! She was very knowledgeable and happy to make necessary changes/adjustments. They have great selection of frames and again, great customer service!

I was welcomed immediately and had one in one personal care in finding my glasses. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Checkout was easy and was able to use my FSA. Highly recommend, I will go back for sure
