Loved the customer service the lady who helped pick out my sons was very helpful

I have spent close to $500 in this store over the past few years. After wearing my glasses I had a small scratch on the left lense. I visited the store to see if it could be buffed out because they’re supposed to be scratch resistant. The employee was not helpful. He told me scratches can occur and that it could not be buffed out. I needed to purchase new lenses. We went round and round about the terminology of “scratch resistant”. I ended up leaving without a satisfactory solution. I continued wearing them. Fast forward to today when I visited with a new prescription. Inquired about using the same frames. The woman who waited on me had zero customer service skills and no job skills. She asked for help from the gentlemen behind her. He walked over slowly and body language that displayed his displeasure for having to do something. He said, “well it depends if you want plastic or metal frames.” I repeated my request again that I wanted to keep my existing frames. The cost he quoted was $330 and would have to be sent off and returned in 7-10 days. No. That doesn’t work. I asked what the cost would be for an entire NEW pair. Same frames. He again repeated, “depends if you go plastic or metal.” I said, “these frames…NEW.” He said $100 more. I paid $445. So I said, “so $545?” He said, “no they’d start at $390.” He said, “those are discontinued anyway.” So tired of the poor customer service here for a high end product. Neither employees were friendly, helpful. Not “sorry we couldn’t help you, thanks for stopping in, can we offer you other frames since yours are discontinued.”Nothing. I’m moving on. In this economy, I think I’d work at keeping customers.

I knew of warby Parker from ads but found out about the brick and mortar store in town. It was wonderful. Glasses that actually fit as opposed to the stuff I got from other store I used previously

Had a great experience with Daniel helping me find some fun and colorful statement sunglass and eyeglass frames today. Store was busy, but I was helped as soon as an assistant was available. I look forward to the fitting and picking up my new eyewear!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Oxmoor. I’d previously gone to a WP store in Chicago in 2013 to try on frames and then placed an order online, but I’ve just never felt confident with ordering frames online without ever trying them on first. I took my existing prescription to the store yesterday and was thrilled to learned they could update and use it and that I could order my glasses same-day. Chris, the optician who assisted me, couldn’t have been more helpful or personable. He clearly enjoys his job and enjoys working with people. He made great suggestions and helped to make this the most hassle-free, rewarding glasses + sunglasses buying experience I could have ever imagined. I won’t ever go back to Vision Works again after seeing how much better it can be at Warby Parker.

Chris was super helpful and delivered exactly what I asked- help me find frames that look good on me. My husband has Alzheimer’s and isn’t able to assist with my selection. Chris searched and found a pair for my husband and two pair for me. Love the store and the books on display. I enjoyed reading the titles while Chris was assisting my husband.
