I can't stress enough how great my experience was today. The employees were friendly and helpful and able to answer all of my questions easily. They suggested flattering frames and colors. One associate went as far as to print out an insurance claim form and fill most of it out for me... now THAT is customer service! I'll never shop for glasses anywhere else. I just wish our WP had in-house eye exams. Thank you for GREAT service!
