Incredible shopping experience and selection! Virgil was kind, patient, professional and thorough with helping us place our glasses order. We didn't feel rushed despite shopping near closing. Smiles all around!!

Everyone who works at the Chestnut Hill location is a stellar human being! Dr. Sarah Curtain is the most perfect optometrist you could ever hope for. She made the whole process easy and actually fun while being superbly professional.

The salesperson at Warby Parker in Chestnut Hill made buying eyeglasses easy. He was professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a more expensive pair of glasses.

Dr Sarah was very professional and answered all my questions about dry eye and recommendations. She took the time to explain the photos of my retina. She was pleasant and I’d highly recommend her. Genesis assisted me with ordering my glasses and was very patient in answering my questions. I had to wait a bit as the store was very busy around 12 noon when I was there shopping. Note: they do not place lenses on frames that are not the Warby Parker brand.

Thank you to Kerry (or Carrie) at the Chestnut Hill location for completely saving my day! I came in frantically looking at frames before an upcoming trip because I had recently bent my current glasses. The store I originally bought them from told me they were beyond repair and that I’d need to purchase a new pair. I’d heard great things about WP, and went fully expecting to buy new glasses. Kerry greeted me right away, and after I explained the situation, she asked to take a look at my glasses. In less than five minutes, she had repaired them and even replaced the screw! While I didn’t need to purchase new glasses on the spot, I did try on some frames and will definitely be coming back after my trip. Thanks again to Kerry and the team at Chestnut Hill for their kindness and expertise!

Lovely store with a great collection/choice of frames. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, willing to work with you. Enjoyed the experience. I have to stay within a budget because my prescription changes every year. This place was great - looks like (and probably is) a high-end store with budget-friendly options.

Really good experience shopping for new glasses at WP. I was in and out of there in under an hour, purchase complete! I love WP styles and was easily able to narrow it down to 2 pairs for my final choice. A sales assistant helped me decide. Two sales assistants were efficient at processing my order, which included progressives. (Predictably, they cost more, than single focal lenses). However, you can't beat WP for style, variety of appealing styles and price if you are just getting a single focal lens. I appreciated the all-in type of pricing-$95 gets you a pair of prescription glasses, provided you don't need progressives- which was not only better value, but less complicated, than my experience in other glasses retailers. (I was also told if I am not happy with the progressives, within 30 days, I can be refunded 100%)!!!

I've been here a few times for my 9yo's glasses and every time has been a wonderful experience. The store is clean, staff is very friendly and welcoming and more than that, they are very patient. They've had to deal with the frustrations of a mother whose kid keeps bending his frames or getting smacked in the head at camp resulting in broken frames. Luckily, each time, the fix was easy, including having to replace the frames in-house. I've had the pleasure of working directly with Camille multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME she is polite, friendly and very patient. She's answered my many questions with grace and knowledge which I very much appreciate. We will keep coming back here, especially since they're near Shake Shack. My gratitude to everyone on this team.

Yoanna is the best optician I have ever seen! She achieved the impossible. I came in with a pair of frameless glasses that were too long and she trimmed the side with precision and expertise. Her talent cannot be contained to one glasses store as she is a traveling optician but try your luck anyway if your glasses need any adjustments! Thanks Yoanna <3

Great experience! Made a same day appointment for an eye exam and frame upgrade. The eye doctor was friendly, professional, and thorough. Check-in and insurance submittal was quick and easy. Offered many frame styles to choose from. Left with 2 pairs of glasses to be shipped to my home. Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend Warby Parker at Chestnut Hill.

We just happened to be walking at a shopping center and saw Warby Parker was open. I have always loved their catalogues. We were instantly greeted by a sales associate/manager and offered help. She allowed us to look and then offered help when we needed. I ended up with 2 pairs of glasses....progressive, regular and sunglasses. Thrilled with the experience!!!

The best pair of glasses I got in the US was from here, no dizziness at all after switching to it from my old ones. Also the staff picked the frame that best fitted my face on her first try, very impressed.
