Legacy Place

This was my first time needing prescription glasses. Ben was so helpful and made the whole process quick, easy and efficient! He helped me pick frames that best complimented my style and face which I appreciated. Highly recommend this location!

Every time I visit this store, I am misinformed or given incorrect guidance. Yesterday, I went to the store with a valid prescription. However, because the employee could not find it in the system — which is not my responsibility — she refused to proceed. I even showed her from my own phone the expiration date of my prescription. She incorrectly claimed that my prescription had been canceled, referring to a $15 virtual exam I had taken months ago. I tried to explain that this was not the prescription itself and offered to immediately show her the valid prescription on my phone. I asked clearly: if I show you the valid prescription, will you place my contact lens order? She still refused. It was extremely frustrating. I do not understand why there are employees who are not properly trained to handle such situations. Additionally, I do not understand why your system cannot retrieve my prescription despite my email being correctly registered and accessible in your database. My email is clearly in the system, yet my prescription does not appear — and no effort was made to properly check or resolve the issue. Because of the incorrect information I was given, I was almost misled into paying for another doctor’s exam unnecessarily. Please see the attached image showing the expiration date of my prescription. After leaving the store, I simply uploaded a screenshot of my prescription online and successfully placed my contact lens order. If I had known it was this easy, I would never have wasted my time coming into your store. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. From now on, I will be purchasing my lenses elsewhere.

My experience was a very exceptional one. I was given information and assisted with an issue with the current pair of glasses that I have I would be more than happy to continue to shop there and recommend your establishment to others.

Doctor did not keep me waiting at all for appointment. Staff was available to help with choosing my glasses. I had my exam and ordered my glasses in under an hour (went at lunch). Would recommend to anyone and I would definitely go again

I was totally overwhelmed and ready to walk away when this wonderful woman asked if she could pick out a few frames for me. She totally nailed my style and found frames that complimented my face structure. Highly recommend going into the store and just ask for help immediately!

I like to purchase my glasses at Warby Parker because they have a great selection and are budget friendly. I bought 3 pairs of glasses today. I received 15% of all frames because I bought multiples. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated their expertise and patience. They were able to help me with an insurance claim, and it was started before I checked out. Highly recommend

Excellent experience . Very informative eye exam , actually the best I’ve had. The doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. From the time I entered the retail space , reception was warm and friendly . They all made me feel like a valued customer. Shopping for eye glasses after the exam went smoothly . Usually it can be kind of painful and long and drawn out but it went very well. I highly recommend Warby Parker at Legacy Place.

Thought coming to Legacy place was going to be a nightmare, but I got great service here! Had to come up to this location in order to get an eye exam, so was pleasantly surprised by this on arrival. Was helped by three or four folks. No one was territorial, everyone was nice and helpful. Gave me and my husband our space when we needed it. Both of us got eye exams and new glasses. They let us use the current promo on our glasses even though the pairs were for two different people. Would definitely return to this Warby! We each have a couple of pairs and are happy with the quality as they have aged.

Great service, pricing and very helpful staff.

I went in on a Saturday to place and order with my updated prescription. The woman who helped me made my experience great at first. She needed one of the men behind the counter to check my pupillary distance and measurements, which he did in about .2 seconds. I got my glasses about 7-10 days later and they were COMPLETELY wrong. I went into the store and explained my situation and had everything re-measured. The gentleman was wonderful and told me my order would be expedited and delivered within 7 days. Im now on 2 weeks with no glasses still. HORRIBLE experience and not even a manager came to speak to me or offer me any type of refund or discount.

First time at Warby Parker and we had a fantastic experience, The sales staff made the experience wonderful. All three of the staff members Ben, Angelina, and Julie were knowledgeable, patient, and smooth; complete pros. I dislike shopping and typically dread choosing new glasses. Their product line was stylish and reasonably priced. The team was impressive. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
