Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Excellent experience . Very informative eye exam , actually the best I’ve had. The doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. From the time I entered the retail space , reception was warm and friendly . They all made me feel like a valued customer. Shopping for eye glasses after the exam went smoothly . Usually it can be kind of painful and long and drawn out but it went very well. I highly recommend Warby Parker at Legacy Place.

Thought coming to Legacy place was going to be a nightmare, but I got great service here! Had to come up to this location in order to get an eye exam, so was pleasantly surprised by this on arrival. Was helped by three or four folks. No one was territorial, everyone was nice and helpful. Gave me and my husband our space when we needed it. Both of us got eye exams and new glasses. They let us use the current promo on our glasses even though the pairs were for two different people. Would definitely return to this Warby! We each have a couple of pairs and are happy with the quality as they have aged.

I went in on a Saturday to place and order with my updated prescription. The woman who helped me made my experience great at first. She needed one of the men behind the counter to check my pupillary distance and measurements, which he did in about .2 seconds. I got my glasses about 7-10 days later and they were COMPLETELY wrong. I went into the store and explained my situation and had everything re-measured. The gentleman was wonderful and told me my order would be expedited and delivered within 7 days. Im now on 2 weeks with no glasses still. HORRIBLE experience and not even a manager came to speak to me or offer me any type of refund or discount.

I just read another review on here from eight hours ago about a concern with the Doctor who was rude. I booked an eye exam for today at 5 PM and I got multiple text messages confirming it was at 5 PM. When I got to the store, they said my appointment was at 4:50 and I was too late. I showed them the multiple text messages I received and they said I don’t know why you would’ve gotten those but even if it was at five you’re too late because it’s 508 now. I told the tech I have been standing in the store because I was told to browse around until the tech was available and then they would take me. She said “well did you tell them it was for an eye exam??” Yes, of course I told them. I don’t understand how someone can change your eye appointment because at 2:01 PM today I received a text message confirming it was at five, So someone would’ve had to manually change that. I did call the main number for Warby Parker to report this and the girl confirmed that she could see the messages that my appointment was at five. I also don’t understand how someone can say because they didn’t come out in time that I was out of the five minute window. The kicker was when she said she couldn’t ask the doctor about it right now because He was with a patient, So based on that, I’m not sure how you would’ve taken me on time anyway But apparently the doctor can be late But I can’t. I will not be returning to this store. And I also find it interesting that when I checked the reviews, I found someone that only a few hours ago had had an issue with this provider.

I booked an eye exam online for $95 but was charged $130 for “retinal imaging,” which I never asked for or was told about. The doctor also kept calling me “old” and even said my brain is too old to adapt to contacts. That felt unprofessional. The manager was nice and helpful though.

Highly recommend this location for eye exams! I went in to get my usual yearly eye exam plus first time contacts. They took a digital image of my retina which was super convenient as I never gotten my eyes dilated due to driving to my exams. This saved the pain, time, and trouble. My Optometrist was super friendly, educated, and helpful to answer all my questions and make the appointment smooth. I had questions about floaters and he was able to reassure me on the issue. After my exam I went to a little eye contacts removal and insertion class with the assistant and I loved that it was 1 on 1. The assistant(I hate I didn’t grab her name) but she was so sweet and helpful. She was super patient while I navigated inserting my contacts and really made sure I was comfortable and able before leaving. All in all my experience was great and I’ll be making this Warby Parker location my regular, Thank you Warby Parker Legacy team! 🤓
