Dr. Madison Kloster
Introduction
Dr. Madison Kloster is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2022. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Kloster uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Warby Parker. I first went to the Visionworks at the Cape Cod Mall at 3PM on a Monday afternoon and found the door locked with no sign posted explaining why the store was not open for business. As a longtime customer of Visonworks I tried calling the store and never was able to communicate with a human being or get any information as to when and if the store was going to be open for business. Therefore, I went to the Warby Parker across the street and was pleasantly surprised to receive great service. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and worked with me to find glasses that met my needs at a very reasonable price. It is clear that Warby Parker has some great employees at their Hyannis store that will help you find the right pair of glasses.

Such a positive experience! Exceptional customer service - not pushy, super friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient. Loved the variety, super stylish - totally something for everyone and prices that can’t be beat. And SO easy! From the time I walked in, tried on, shared my RX, had it checked, and paid it was 30 minutes and I’ll have two new pairs in my mailbox in less than two weeks … amazing!! Not to mention their return policy is so flexible and customer friendly. I’ll never buy glasses anywhere else now! Wonderful experience at this location! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and clearly worked well together. Got both my eye exam done AND ordered a new pair of stylish glasses in less than an hour, and saved hundreds of $$ by going through my employer vision insurance (Davis Vision), which they were able to look up and help me do in-store without an issue. Shout to Brian who was very patient with helping my friends pick out glasses too (and in doing so trying on almost every frame in the store)! I've loved Warby for years and would highly recommend.
