We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

went today to fix my glasses and walked into a very warm reception by Louis and his Colleagues and explained to them the issue
They were extremely nice and trying to help on a snowstorm day ..

Mo is amazing! He was super helpful and assisted my wife and I select 4 different pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. The gentleman was so patient with me as I am new to the process and I spent a lot of time trying to choose frames. He also explained the different types of progressive lenses. He explained that it’ll take time to become accustomed to wearing progressives and that when my order arrives, they will show me how to use them in person. He couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a great experience. And, It was $100 less than target.

I went to Warby Parker in Lynnfield this morning. I have purchased my glasses there for some time, don’t remember how many pairs. I go there not just for new glasses, but for their customer service. Their customer service should be examined by many companies, they would all learn how to run a company. I had a problem with the nose pads. The representative took my glasses and immediately installed new pads and then adjusted them on my face. I jokingly asked if he would replace the water pump in my engine! He replied that he didn’t have a shop and the tools to do it, he didn’t look at me and say “are you crazy!” As someone else would have said.
I will always go to Warby Parker for my glasses as all of my family and friends do, I told them all to go there as I do tell many to do the same. Thank you to the folks at Lynnfield Warby Parker, Merry Xmas.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Warby Parker in Lynnfield at MarketStreet. Dr. Chiang was especially attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. He took the time to explain what he was looking for in my eye exam, especially as someone with Type 1 diabetes, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand for someone who isn’t very science-savvy. His thoroughness and communication made the appointment incredibly reassuring.
Kerry Ellen was also an outstanding representative of the company. She provided fantastic customer service, offered knowledgeable and professional guidance in helping me choose the right glasses, and was consistently attentive throughout the process. On top of that, as a Type 1 diabetic, I began experiencing low blood sugar while in the store, and she thoughtfully brought me fruit snacks to help bring it back up. That level of kindness and going above and beyond the call of duty was exceptional.
Overall, this location delivers top-tier care and service. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I think the optician’s name was Eric. He really knows what he’s doing. He adjusted my frames perfectly and made them look like Oakleys. Super chill and helpful. I left really happy with how they fit.
