Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

This was my first time going to the Warby Parker store in the Natick mall and I had a wonderful experience. The store lead was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses that I would love. She picked out many frames based on the style I liked, even going into the back room and showing me online options. She was training 2 associates as well but that didn’t stop her from taking her time to ensure I had a wonderful shopping experience.

Writing to share that we had a wonderful experience with one of the opticians (Yoanna) this afternoon. Our 8 yo autistic son received new WP glasses in the mail last week. The frames were not a great fit, so we needed someone to sit with him to decide if they could be adjusted or we needed to exchange or return. Also, he is very upset about his new prescription (obtained elsewhere). Yoanna very patiently took the time to talk to him about his new glasses and asked him questions to get a sense of what he could see with the new vs. old lenses. She was very validating of his experiences and definitely "got" the autism component of what was going on. We ultimately decided to return the new glasses and will be getting the prescription double-checked, but we are incredibly grateful for the time and attention she gave him & us!
Note: The 5 stars are for the help we got from Yoanna. Our experience finding frames that fit our late elementary school kids (too big for kids frames, too small for even the narrow adult frames) was a bit disappointing. We purchased the frames at a different Warby Parker store where we did not get adequate help picking frames.

I brought in a pair of warby sunglasses to get adjusted, and was put on a waitlist. I was fine to wait, but then I realized there were 4-5 sales associates on the floor without clients who were apparently not able to/allowed to adjust my glasses. In every other glasses store, an associate has been able to adjust my frames right there at the counter in about 45 seconds. After 15-20 minutes, I unfortunately had to leave without getting my glasses fixed.
I also overheard an associate talking rudely to another customer. They were concerned about how the glasses sat on their face/covered their eyebrows, and the employee said something along the lines of "is that seriously what you're worried about?" The customer left pretty abruptly after that. No other associate ever interacted with me during my wait, and so left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I was treated extremely professionally. The eye exam was handled very well by the technician. And the doctor reviewed and explain clearly the exam results. Buying the new frames was effortless and made easy by the in store representative. A+ overall visit. Online frame selection doesn’t do justice to seeing them in store.

Easy eye exam, wonderful selection of specs. But where this location shines against the others is its staff. Everyone was SO helpful and kind, and seemed very enthusiastic about their job. Was only there briefly but felt like I was hanging out with friends. When that’s your retail experience, vs feeling like someone is trying to hard sell you, you’ll always be back!
