Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Booked an appointment for eye glasses & contacts and arrived 7 minutes late. The office has a 5-minute grace period, and I was told I would have to come back an hour or two later. I understand and respect office policies; however, being turned away for arriving only two minutes beyond the grace period felt excessive especially when i drove 30 plus minutes to get to the location.Some flexibility or the option to wait would have been appreciated.

This Warby Parker is in a great location (beautiful shopping center). The experience was so smooth— The eye doctor was kind and concise which made the exam quick and easy. The employees out on the floor were very friendly and very, very helpful when it came to decision making! Selecting frames can be overwhelming with the number of styles and colors available but they helped to narrow things down and were honest throughout the process! I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

Warby Parker has a 5-minute grace period on all appointments, and there’s no way to let them know if you’re running late, so when you show up 6 minutes late, they will tell you they cannot see you and everyone will be pretty apathetic and unpleasant about it.

Went there the second month that they are open and had a delightful experience.
• The wait time was zero minutes.
• We were greeted by a friendly staff member.
• We were helped right away.
• We were told about the promotion of 20% off of frames if two are purchased.
• And we were delighted to find out that the two frames could be for two different customers.
Parking was easy. They went through the purchase order before processing it so that we could comb through each detail. He told us what to expect now that the order had been placed and that we would receive our glasses in the mail in 14 days. He also told us that we may be receiving email confirmations as well as an email request for a survey.
It was a very pleasant experience overall, and I will likely only be going back to this location as opposed to the others in and around Baltimore City.

Eye exam was easy to book online. The doctor was nice and thorough. Large selection of attractive frames and the prices were way more reasonable than my old place. Picked out new frames for a good price and everything was explained as to what would happen going forward and warranties, etc. Justin even helped fix my old frame which had a badly bent hinge and so now I have a good backup pair. Refreshingly great experience. Highly recommend!
