Amazing experience from start to finish! My glasses broke unexpectedly and the Optician & team @Pike & Rose treated it like the emergency it was, finding a quick resolution for a time sensitive issue. She also assisted with a new order to make the process seamless & efficient! The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable, walking me through everything in a way that felt genuine. It's rare to find a place that combines speed, expertise, and a friendly atmosphere so well. Highly recommend!

At the Pike and Rose Warby Parker, Nikia fine- tuned my reading lens PD adjustment, changing my whole experience. Without her initiative, I was ready to give up on these glasses. Now, I love them. Thank you, Nikia!

This was my first time walking into a Warby Parker and it was such a great experience, all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I worked with Nikia and she was super personable and made the whole process of getting new frames so easy. Would easily recommend her and this location!

I’ve always had a very positive experience at this Warby Parker location. I worked with Jason this time to pick my new frames, and he was great! He brought me a ton of frames, didn’t rush me, and was overall really nice and helpful!

It was time to purchase my first corrective eye wear and I went to Warby Parker at Pike and Rose for both my first eye exam ever and to purchase lens. Dr Chan gave a superb eye exam for a newbie like me and gave me an RX for both contacts and glasses. Jason H. then helped me pick the perfect frames for my face shape….they are SO pretty and he explained my benefits clearly to make sure I got the best deal. In and out in 40 min. I can not recommend this store more. They deserve 10 stars!!!!

I stopped by last week to pick out a pair of glasses and sunglasses, and I had such a great experience that I felt I had to leave a review. Nikia, Abigail, and another team member whose name I unfortunately can't remember were all incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. They made my experience feel easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and because of them I'll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive one!

Easy to get an appointment, friendly doctor and staff, everything ran smoothly and on time. Can’t beat the prices and the styles were nice. I could afford more than one pair of glasses. I will be back.

The service is excellent, they honor their advertisements and submit insurance claims for customers. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

My first time here- I knew I was overdue for an exam, that my insurance wasn't going to cover a thing, and that I just needed high-quality care. I got that here. These wonderful ladies watched my little puppy due to a miscommunication error about bringing her to my exam, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful to me and her. I am very grateful for how clearly the doctor explained things and listened to my concerns, as well as the care shown in helping me place contact and glasses orders. Yes, an exam here costs more than a Costco or an America's Best, but I feel it was worth it based on the service and grace I received here. Particular shoutouts to the doctor and Baleigh, Nikia, Kimberly, and one other lovely lady I cannot remember (African-American, maybe 5'4", pretty long hair with ringlets and wire-rimmed glasses).

The staff and the optometrist, Dr. Adriana Esten, were all very helpful, friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and made the process of the eye exam and picking glasses that I could feel and look good in much less stressful - it was actually enjoyable! I will definitely be returning.

Unbelievable service! I had selected a range of frames from the internet from the internet after scheduling a same-day exam. I was pleasantly greeted, promptly guided to the exam even though I arrived early. The optometrist was delightful - young, skilled and with a friendly demeanor. I was guided back to my shopping where another young woman gathered every frame type and patiently walked through every pair. When a friend of mine recommended a slightly different look, the helpful staff gathered suggested options and again awaited my evaluation. I felt absolutely no pressure, was provided with comment when asked, and successfully guided to my decision. It was an awesome experience and Warby Parker Pike & Rose will have my business for as long as I need glasses! Thank you TEAM WP!
