Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

A great store with incredible service. They have mastered the fine balance between giving you the ample amount of time you need to figure out what frame(s) you are zeroing in on and when you are ready to move forward with your purchase.
A great experience with zero pressure to buy anything and they don’t push for upgrades, they inform you of what they are and show you an example to see if they could be the right fit for you. I will be back for my next pair for sure.

Warby Parker has always provided great service. Staff is gently attentive, making it be known that they’re happy to help whenever needed but gives space to peruse. Eye appointment scheduling process was simple with ample reminders and transparent appointment communication with a simple intake process. Optometrist was kind and answered all of my questions. The staff helped with insurance coverage expectations, talked through frame features, and all-the-while my current frames were being adjusted to better fit. Very pleasant experience overall, would recommend

Stopped at the Warby Parker Rosedale Mall location to get two pairs of glasses fix. One was ran over (by my husband) and the other one needed an adjustment.
Sasha greeted me upon arrival and assisted me. While my glasses were getting fixed by Katie, I was able to browse and found my perfect third pair of glasses. The customer service is superb! The sales associates are amazing! Sasha and Katie were very friendly, super patient and very knowledgeable! I love that Warby Parker has a wide variety and selection of frames to choose from! Went with my BFF to have my first shopping experience to get glasses. Anabelle was amazing! She greeted us right away and I showed her a couple pictures of glasses that I had liked on their website. She was able to give such good feedback and recommendations that I loved almost every pair she picked out. I also hate glasses so that says a lot! I would highly recommend going into the store and try some on and letting them help you 100%. I have to admit I’m actually excited to get them when beforehand I was dreading it. Not impressed, visited 2/16/26. Staffing was so low I basically "helped myself" no service. Not the staffs fault, they were completely understaffed for a holiday. Should have listened to my instincts that said "run away" but...I was stupid and felt bad for their overtaxed staff. Silly me.
Was told one thing about how long it would take to get my glasses and went online to find that was incorrect.
Received a message from Warby Parker and said my glasses were held up because of snowstorm in East Coast. Shortly after I received a message my glasses would be here today and they were being shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.... I know there's a lot of people in the USA who don't have a clue about geography but come on ...I know the difference between the EAST COAST AND THE DESERT SOUTHWEST!
What is truly frustrating is the mixed messages I have received from the start. Including multiple emails and texts from Warby Parker
I really hope to receive my glasses I've already paid for...and that they are worth the frustration of incredibly BAD MASSAGING!

I had the most delightful experience! I had avoided this store thinking they would be hard selling me. It was the opposite. They really cared about the fit, the look, the functionality I needed. I had two prescriptions and had to deal with nose pad vs no nose pad, and colors... it was a lot but I never felt like I was a burden.
