Staff were very helpful! I believe McKenzie helped us, she answered lots of questions and had great recommendations. Fantastic service and selection.

I was helped by a lovely person named Gillian. They helped me pick the perfect glasses and even taught me about adjusting the frames of my old glasses so that they fit better. I went in just to do an exam but left purchasing a new frame with a new tradition lens, a 3 month supply of contacts, and new dark lenses for my old frames. It was a unique service and I Will gladly come back and recommend my friends. I even feel like I made a new friend with the lovely person that helped me.

I normally buy online but I went in store to receive help on a current pair of frames and guidance for my next pair. Gillian helped me out and they were so kind and a real pleasure to talk to!

To preface, I’ve gone to Warby Parker for years and have gotten exams here for years. That ends today though. As a federal employee I am subject to really poor equipment and since I cannot bring in my own equipment for security reasons, I had to resort to requesting a reasonable accommodation in order to get a monitor I could see with or to request to simply bring my own in. Not a huge ask. I sent this request, as advised, to the “help” email with Warby to send it where it needs to go. I heard nothing for over a week and I had to call customer service to get them to send it to the store. The following week, I didn’t hear back so I called again and I was told by a representative, not a medical professional, that my request was denied. As a patient, especially having had my eye exam completed less than a year ago, I believe I should have been afforded to have that conversation directly with the doctor so reasonable alternatives could have been advised by her since she thinks my vision has miraculous abilities to see that monitor. I would gladly go to re-exam but it’s been it has been less than a year since my previous exam and when I got my last exam that same doctor chastised me for going less than a year before the previous one. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from the start. I’m having a tough enough time at work already but I had to call every step of the way to make sure the form was moving along where it needed to go. Additionally, I never heard from my doctor for an explanation but rather a customer service representative -which shows lack of patient care from that doctor or just laziness. As someone who has purchased dozens of glasses from Warby Parker in the past ten years, I can honestly say this experience and the he lack of professionalism changes things. Because of this experience m I will never shop nor go to Warby Parker for exams ever again.

Warby Parker in Country Club Plaza is a great place to get an eye exam, prescription and purchase glasses efficiently and with lots of options available. Dr Croft is very knowledgeable and provides helpful information to address eye issues and mitigate vision problems. I highly recommend.

Great staff: knowledgeable, helpful and very easy/quick to get what I needed

I took time off work for an eye exam, planning to purchase both glasses and contacts, but the experience felt rushed and impersonal. No one greeted me upon arrival or checked whether I had completed the intake form. The staff seemed more concerned with keeping to a strict schedule than providing thorough, attentive care. In the end, I left without an exam, glasses, or contacts—all because I couldn’t be accommodated before the next appointment, despite arriving on time for mine. It was a bizarre experience. An eye exam should support all the products and services offered, especially for customers investing in multiple items. It doesn’t make sense for a store to turn away a customer ready to make a significant purchase. My position is that I’m here, I’m on time and I want to spend my money with you - what is the problem? This is the second time I’ve been unable to buy contacts at this location, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve had a decade-long relationship with Warby Parker in Los Angeles without any issues.

My appt was scheduled for a Sunday which worked great for me. The appt was somehow cancelled but they made it possible to be seen and not have to come back. The wait to see the doctor was very short and the entire visit from exam to eyeware selection took a little over an hour. Great selection of modern, current eyeware and I really liked about 3 frames before I finally settled on one. Looking forward to receiving my glasses in the mail and was very happy with the service I received.

This was my first in-person visit to a Warby Parker location. It was such a pleasurable and successful experience! Having a small, narrow face and a need for just the right-sized frames, it was a great decision to visit the store. The help I received was outstanding, and the several workers we interacted with were amazingly friendly and welcoming.

My daughter and I went in and had the best ever eyeglasses experience. Abby greeted us and gave us the layout of the store, as well as helped us when we had narrowed down our selections. Other associates stepped in as well, and EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. The eye doctor was efficient yet thorough with my daughter's exam.

What a great experience! The staff and Doctor were amazing and the selection of glasses can't be beat. I would definitely recommend!
