Introduction
Video-assisted exams are performed by a panel of state licensed remote doctors. An in-person optometric technician will perform eye tests to assess your vision, and then a remote doctor will video call in to the exam room to complete your exam

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I am new to wearing glasses and have only purchased one pair from my eye doctor’s office. Today I went to WP for the first time and had the best shopping experience! The customer service advisor was so patient, helpful, and kind. There was a huge selection and I just had fun the whole time I was there. I ordered 2 pair and I already can’t wait to go back and pick out another pair. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for new glasses or sunglasses.

Very professional, friendly and FAST service. Had the exact glasses I wanted to try on, and the entire process was so simple. Plus, they went over all the options with pricing, making my choice(s) easy. My only negative feedback is that the company is out of my insurance network. But the associate gave me info on filing a claim to recoup some of the cost. All in all, a fabulous first experience! Excited for my new frames!

I had been told by another eye care center that my Rx was close to expiring in a month and a half. I would've had to have an exam before I could refill my Rx. I already had a future appt with a different optometrist in 2 months but needed contacts until then. The girls at the Battlefield Mall store listened to my situation and in minutes refilled my Rx. They were so great and knowledgeable that I booked an appt for my son to have an exam and they already helped him with questions about the lens. Great experience!

I paid over $400 for prescription eyeglasses at another place. They had a large selection and yet it was difficult to find something I liked. I went to WP and picked out 4 lenses that were perfect! I bought 3 prescription eyeglasses for the price of 1 at the other place! Alyssa was very patient, kind and informative. They seem more flexible with their return/change policies as well.

I had a FANTASTIC experience shopping at Warby Parker outside the mall. This was my first time buying glasses in-store in at least 8 years because I typically feel awkward and don’t find anything I like. This was not the case at Warby Parker! The selection of frames was a dream for someone who loves unique frames like myself. Ajax was there the whole time ready to assist me when I needed, gave me space to shop and try things on, and even brought out all kinds of frames they thought I might like (one I ended up purchasing was their suggestion). They were extremely kind and hospitable, and made my time shopping and trying on frames truly fun. They were also extremely informative and did not feel like they were just looking for a sale like other places. This was super refreshing after having a terrible experience getting my eyes checked somewhere else in town. Thank you, Ajax, for your help and kindness!!
