Dr. Brittany Caputo is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in 2022. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Caputo uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Already knew Warby Parker was awesome cause I can get all the things I need for my glasses for a price even my insurance can’t beat and this location made my impression of the brand even better! Great store. We walked in on a whim and was able to get an eye exam same day and order the glasses. They had a great selection of frames and loved that they even display them by size. Makes it so much easier for us to figure out which of that style would fit best.

The service was great when I was selecting frames...helpful, patient, and efficient. When I was measured for and fit it seemed very rushed and imprecise. I received both sets of glasses and, neither fit correctly. One literally falls off my face and the others do not sit properly - the arms do not rest low enough on my ears and the bridge is too far down on my nose, which means the bifocal transition is off. I will go back and hopefully have them adjusted, but have not had this experience before. I think the person who takes care of fit/sizing at this location needs additional training. Also, to understand that her job is about precision to ensure that when received, the glasses fit properly.

This Warby Parker is in the middle of a mall and there was lots of people here. I was exactly 5 min late due to all the people in the building and they cancelled my appointment. Waste of time and terrible customer service. They value walk-in quick money over people who take the time to make an appointment. Very disappointing. Beware.

Had a good time in here playing around with difference types of frames and then making the final selection under the expert eyes of one of the best customer care reps I ever met. Sorry her name escapes me a day later. What I didn't know. That lady was about to get off work. I think she decided to stay cause she could tell I was already invested in our connection. She was patient and cheerful! A lot better than I would have been at the end of my workday. LOL. In my defense I had no idea, she gave me no clue and stayed engaged. She was so nice and made my day once we both agreed on the frame that was "all me" LOL

This is the 4th vision center I tried, and far and above the best. The staff were all exceedingly kind and helpful in fixing an existing pair of glasses and in helping to choose a good new frame and optional add-ons. It was great to be able to work with such a competent team of professionals to get the right pair of glasses. Their teamwork and efficiency allowed me to get in and out on my lunch hour!
