We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

They went over and above company policy to help me out on a bad situation. An unfortunate accident with my fairly new glasses did not end up being a total loss of money-their 6 month scratch policy was so appreciated ! Staff on the phone and at the location were friendly and professional.

Lots of great frame options. Reasonably priced. Prompt and active customer service. Love that the glasses are delivered to my house and that there are free adjustments. The flexible frames with transitions lenses should give me the durability and light weight feel I need for my active life.

First time we went to Warby Parker was Saturday 2.7.26 (Town & Country location). My daughter chose a pair of glasses and we were helped almost right away. She took her machine and measured her pupils and some other things. Asked what kind of lenses we wanted. We had brought the incorrect prescription with us as the doctor wrote for contacts in place of glasses. Doctor office was no longer open for the weekend. We went ahead and went with the best thinnest lenses as my daughter has a high prescription. We paid over $320.00 at that time. Now we had to wait until Monday to get ahold of the doctor and once we did Warby Parker was presented with the correct prescription. Then 2 days later they contact my daughter telling her she needs to come into the store to get measured. Which we already did. So, my daughter made another trip into the store on Monday 2.16.26 a week later as that is how long it took to let us know she needed to come back in. Once she did they said your order is now good to go. Now this morning 2.17.26 she gets a text stating they need to know what lenses she wants to order. WHAT? We have been through all of this. I called the store and the associate tells me since her prescription is high powered they needed an approval from us to order them. Well we did approve when we ordered and paid, and then again when she came back to the store and was told all was good to go with her order and wasn't. Now on the 17th we should be getting the glasses, yet they are just now finalizing the order. With all of this happening before we even get the product, we are in hopes the product is of good quality and correctly ordered. Now we wait for them to contact again for the same info they have already asked for 2 or more times or to let us know the glasses are ready. With the way this has all taken place, unsure we will ever go back. There are too many other options out there.

There is no option for a negative number of star but if there was, this store location would get a -5. As a long time customer of Warby Parker’s early online store and later the store at Plaza Frontenac, my family has purchased around eight pairs of glasses from the company. My last three visits have been to the store near my house at Town & Country Crossing. They were the worst three retail experiences I have had in the last 30 years. Unhelpful and rude sales person who was not familiar with the order process but in a hurry to up sell me on options I did not want or need. Clearly their staff is now on commission and that would be fine if the staff was familiar with the process. She did it wrong two times and then needed help from another associate who apparently also got the order wrong. Customer service actually called me later that day because even they could see the order was a mess. Three of the glasses arrived and worked fine. The fourth pair obviously has an incorrect set of lenses. My third trip to the store was worse than the first two trips. The same salesperson was rude and insulting and apparently the manager was too busy to come out and sort out my problem. Go to any other Warby Parker than this one.

Greeted promptly upon entry and found associate to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Even though there were numerous guests in the store, we were greeted promptly and browsed while associate worked with other guests. She kept us abreast of her progress and was always cognizant of our status and came back to check on questions, before she was free of prior guests to stay with us. She found us the correct frames and placed the order. We highly recommend patronizing WP in Town and Country!

Today my dog (BuddyB)and I went to the Town and Country location. We were greeted upon entering and we both felt most welcome. (I think Buddy thought what such wonderful folks that give me a treat and pats!) We were able to shop at our speed, and when we left I had two more glasses ordered. My first experience with Warby Parker in Florida where again I was genuinely welcomed into their store, and I had left there like I did today with both new RX sunglasses and eye glasses. I completely recommend those who are interested to give them a chance as I did. (Twice now) Today was actually my third visit to a store, but on my second I still was treated wonderfully even though I was just wanting a adjustment, and lens clearer for my glasses.

I’ve been buying Warby Parker glasses for a little over a decade, and I rarely need to visit a store in person. Yesterday, though, I stopped in to get a pair I’d received in the mail adjusted. I was in the store for maybe 25–30 seconds total.
I walked in and was greeted almost immediately with a warm smile. I explained that the arms of my new glasses seemed uneven. About seven seconds later, they were adjusted perfectly.
It was an incredibly short visit, but genuinely impressive. It’s not always easy to convey competence and friendliness in such a brief interaction, yet the employees here managed it effortlessly. I left very impressed.
I highly recommend this store — and Warby Parker in general.

I had a GREAT experience with the team at WP T&C! I got an eye exam by Dr. Michelle Mijares, who is the best optometrist in the business, hands down! I continue to see her, even though she's out of network with my new insurance. Lindsay helped me pick out 2 new pairs of glasses, took my measurements, and even did my retinal imaging for my exam. Highly recommend this team led by Store Leader Brigette! Loved the multiple pairs discount, and submitting to my insurance was super easy! Can't wait to come back! 5 stars across the board!
