Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Dennis at Warby Parker was unbelievably helpful just now. I so appreciate him. I mangled my glasses late last night when I fell, and of course it was Saturday night. This morning when I woke up and tried to find a place that would help me unmangle my glasses, the only place open was Warby Parker (and my glasses are not even from there). I was greeted when I went in the door. I just love the display of glasses in this store, and the bright colors on the walls. You can move with ease try on all of the glasses if you like ;}. Customer service was excellent...I was treated very nice...Overall the service was topnotch!

On my third pair of glasses from Warby Parker, and the folks at the Fenton store have always been very helpful. Latest example is when I stepped on one pair and thought that at a minimum I would need a new frame. Technician fixed them within 10 minutes. Plus WP typically costs way less than any glasses I have purchased at my eye doctor’s store

Two year warranty on frames was a wonderful surprise when my daughter’s frames snapped in half. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Update: Not sure why it takes 14 days to get a replacement frame that broke in half and was under warranty. For people that truly can’t see and don’t have a backup pair of glasses, this would be a major life hindrance. We’ve called 4 times and can’t get an estimated date of delivery to the store. Order was for frames only.

I felt this location was awesome. The people were very helpful. I had just gotten done not being helped at americas best, so I came here. The customer service was great. The array of different types of affordable and stylish glasses was amazing and I loved all the color choices. I’ll definitely be back. I recently received a pair of Percey frames in the Chestnut Crystal color and when they came in, they felt slightly warped and uneven. I came in on a Sunday and Maddie helped me correct them. She looked at the pair in the store that fit me correctly and reshaped my frames to match those. They fit much better now.
