Video-Assisted Doctor Panel
Introduction
Video-assisted exams are performed by a panel of state licensed remote doctors. An in-person optometric technician will perform eye tests to assess your vision, and then a remote doctor will video call in to the exam room to complete your exam

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I was impressed with the friendliness and patience of the employees who assisted me. Jim was SO helpful and did not rush me, which I appreciated very much. I haven't gotten my new glasses yet, but I think I will like them. Cost a little more than I expected, but I have a weird prescription and got some extras on the lenses. Overall, a really good experience and super customer service.

The manager needs to dress appropriately. The nose ring and backwards ball cap, shorts and pink New Balance do not exume professionalism in an establishment in a place at The Waverly. Professionals in higher up positions should dress appropriately. Nobody cares what you do on your time, but when you are on company time representing a company in a high end establishment, the manager on duty should absolutely dress accordingly. The rest of the staff was in point. Why not their boss??

My husband and I both needed glasses and living off of Social Security, we were trying to figure out how to pay for both his and mine. Hy husband looked at Warby Parker online but I had a bad experience with another online glass store. When we walked into the actual store near us I was elated. The staff was excellent, the choices were unbelievable and the prices are less even with upgrades where so affordable.

I would never order from this company again. I thought this would be efficient since January 15 and I still have not received my glasses. Now my progressive lenses did not pass inspection on 1/31 so I have to wait until 2/10 for the order. I am texting with the third person who could not even pull up my order despite the fact a forwarded an email from Warby Parker with my order number. Total incompetence. Stay away.

I have been a customer of Warby Parkers for 3 years. I even introduced my partner to WP and he loves it. We both love the ease of it. As weird as this analogy is- it's just like going to a Carmax or Carvana. All the pricing is included and there isn't any guessing. I also appreciate that no matter which location I visit, I have the same type of great customer service.
