Our video-assisted exams are performed by a panel of state licensed remote doctors. An in-person optometric assistant will perform eye tests to assess your vision, and then one of our remote doctors will video call in to the exam room to complete your exam

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

My visit to Warby Parker was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Every team member I encountered was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Dorian was fantastic — he helped me find the perfect frame for my face and even encouraged me to add a bit of color and pizazz, which I loved. The technician who conducted all my tests was thorough and made the process easy and comfortable. The online doctors were also very professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was clear.
I’m so thrilled to have found this store and to have been able to get a quick appointment. I’ll definitely be recommending Warby Parker to my friends and family.
Lastly, if you are still not sure about new frames try the online store — they have a virtual try-on feature made shopping so much easier and helped me feel confident before even stepping in.

I stopped in last Saturday because the nose rest on my glasses was broken. I didn’t even buy my frames there, but the gentleman replaced both nose rests and cleaned my glasses in under three minutes. Fast, friendly, and appreciated! Excellent service.

I made an appointment for a virtual eye exam. It was professional and informative. I was then assisted by another eye care professional to select my eyeglasses. I choose a chic, standout pair that suited my face shape. The assistant was helpful with feedback. I enjoyed the experience. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the eyewear selection area. My vision had gotten a bit blurry with age.

I had a great experience with Warby Parker in Mayfaire Town Center. I would caution that my GPS took me to the wrong part of Mayfaire, but I called their corporate line and the rep guided me to the correct area and told me what stores were close by.
The reps in the store were fantastic. The eye exam with Dr. Patel was great. She answered all the questions I had clearly and was very informative.
Lex, Dorian and Tony were all great as well Lex helped me when I first arrived for the exam and administered the preliminary parts of the exam. Dorian spoke with me while I was waiting to see Dr. Patel. He really has a great eye (LOL) for frame styles that fit my face. He was so nice and complimentary!
Tony actually helped me with the final selection of my glasses and helped me apply my insurance benefits. He was kind and patient with me as I struggle with decision making!
I would absolutely recommend these folks and look forward to going back if I need any adjustments to my frames once they arrive.

I’ve gone here a few times and always have an amazing experience. Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about finding you frames that fit your face, style etc. You can’t beat their prices, whether or not you’re using insurance, and the whole process is so fast. Great quality frames too and lots of options.

I can't emphasize enough the outstanding customer service at this location! Dorian is a gem. His background/education in fashion is truly an asset when it comes to choosing frames that are flattering. He takes size, shape and color all into consideration. Additionally, he's knowledgeable about which frames will work best with the Rx. He helped me choose "regular" glasses and sunglasses, and I'm thrilled with both!
Tony and Terry have been fantastic when it comes to getting my glasses adjusted. As a wearer of progressive lenses, this service is extremely important.
I highly recommend this store if you're looking for new glasses. You'll receive a quality product and excellent customer service in a calm, relaxing environment...no pressure, just genuine caring.
