excellent staff and efficient process!

I used their website to find a style that I was looking for, then went to the Thruway store, bought it, got fitted, and was gone inside 30 minutes. I had no problem finding the same frame in the store, that I researched on their website!! I could not have asked for a better salesperson, she was very knowledgeable, and cordial! Warby Parker, has got my business for the long haul!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Two entirely different contact lens prescriptions in two separate appointments and have never been given the correct contact for the right eye. It's been going on over a month and still no resolution. I've stressed the urgency time and time again as I have no contacts left. I've stressed that glasses I have do not work repeatedly. The doctor won't write my old prescription even though the old RX works for me and I ordered from Warby last time. This is not a good place to go for an eye exam!!!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN.

Great service and price

I received good customer service. The selection was good and the price was even better. I paid for two what I usually spend for one pair. Buying online is too risky, but getting online prices is fantastic!

Love this Warby Parker. I love the glasses options they have available. Feeling fancy, want something minimal, or something in between? You can find all of them there! And the best kept secret is that they now have exams on Saturdays. Keith, Rei and Koda are awesome and will definitely be the reason I recommend them to others and will definitely come back next year!

Had a great first experience at Warby Parker at Thruway Shopping Center. The associates greeted me upon entering, even though they were helping other customers. Did not have to wait very long for a second associate to help me. The entire process was really simple and easy. Really enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider them again for my next pair!
