Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

My first experience was amazing! I was able to get my eye exam, and order glasses and contacts within the same day which was convenient. There were plenty of great options to choose from for glasses. All of the employees were very kind, helpful, and gave great information. They helped make my experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. The doctor was patient with me since I had not had glasses in a long time. She adjusted as many times as possible to help me get the most accurate prescription. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Warby Parker and I can’t wait to go back to pick out more glasses.

Love Warby Parker! They offer a decent selection of size narrow frames, which are difficult to find at other retailers. Staff are always friendly, and very helpful. I am never rushed when trying to decide on a new pair of glasses.

In and out in about 5 minutes with my order placed. Staff isn’t pushy and allow you to shop around. Felix was fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable and matter of fact. Entire ordering process took about a minute and I’ll have my new frames next week!

Most of the staff was great. Dr. Janza was awesome. Kathy Gannon, the store manager explained pricing down to the penny. No surprises. Very nice and professional. Two techs you deal with before the Dr. were very nice and professional. I love the different colored frames. Just a very positive experience. Good energy in the Cherry Hill NJ store.

I love this place. Let me tell you why. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and my husband did also. Experience was great. Doctor was excellent. But then we had a problem with them when they arrived. We went back to the store and the experience was phenomenal. We were irritated prior to arriving because we had to go back. But once there we were treated respectfully and with great concern and kindness. First, one of the assistants Felix Thompson was so compassionate and friendly that we were smiling and happy to be there. He was incredible. Then we spoke with James who did everything he could to make it right.
