Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Liza Jenza uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

My sales person Chris at Cherry Hill Mall NJ was excellent. He spent all his time and attention to get me the right frame for my face. Will definitely go get another pair from WP. The glasses get shipped to my house which will save me a trip unless I need an adjustment. Great experience. 10+++++++

Had a wonderful experience with Mallory and new hire James! My step dad, mother and I all had glasses to purchase and they were able to help us navigate through the entire process. Even after the pair of glasses I had originally bought wanted to get were sold out they were terrific with accommodating me. Would absolutely recommend that duo again. 15% off when you buy two or more pairs of glasses!

Excellent Customer Service by all staff members at this location.
This is my second year ordering glasses from Warby Parker.
Last year's glasses had an optional clip on available for the sun....and they look stunning! I added them to my order for an additional nominal fee. Very similar to the RayBan Aviator style. You cannot get stylish frames with all the options offered for $95 for single vision lenses anywhere else. They also offer many other types of specialty lenses at reasonable prices.
Also, met the Store Manager who helped me decide on the perfect frames for me. Staff Members quickly pulled up my account, pulled frames I had marked as favorites so that I could start trying them on and start the process of elimination.
I was the only one in the store a half hour before closing so it was an even greater experience. The entire team provided me with their feedback on the frame styles that best suited me and we all agreed on the very frame that I selected as my top favorite but was also the very last frame I was handed to try on.
Quickest process for ordering in record time of twenty seven minutes from the time I entered the store! Doesn't get any better this!!! Kudos to the entire team working this last day of 2025!
PS: Warby Parker is Out of Network for my Vision Benefits provided by my Health Insurance Carrier but Warby provides a detailed receipt for submission for reimbursement.
My Out of Network Claims for Vision Benefits are reimbursed at 50% but at $95 for a complete pair of stylish glasses it is certainly worth it and my actual out of pocket cost reimbursement is $47.50.

I really like the eye doc here! She was great. However the staff was so eager to help it was kind of annoying. I felt like as soon as I told one person I’m ok I didn’t need help another staff member popped up and asked the same question! I was already going to buy glasses and it felt distracting to have so many people offer help when I didn’t need any. It felt like I had to rush to decide so they would stop trying to help me lol.
I also felt like the “digital imaging” extra cost was a bit of a scam since that’s something primarily older people or those with issues need & in the booking fee it doesn’t lay it out. (Extra $35) I know that’s a warby complaint not this specific location but when I did bring up the price difference ahead of my exam they did not say I could opt out of the digital imaging. Kind of leaves a bad taste when things like this happen. I’m in my late 20s so I don’t have glycoma or cataracts.
Overall unlikely I’ll use this store again

I have not received the glasses yet, but it was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had when buying eyeglasses. I found the frames I liked within a few minutes (this was after looking at at least a half a dozen other stores). The sales associate scanned my face, scanned my prescription, and ran my credit card in less than five minutes.

Store is good, great collection but poor customer service, few associates at store seem least interested in helping the customer or even placing the order for us. I had a great experience here. I was greeted on my arrival. The store was clean and well organized. I was quickly taken to my eye exam and moved to that process with efficiency, friendliness and knowledge from the optometrist. The associates in the store were helpful in eating me to buy glasses and prescription sunglasses using my insurance and getting the best deal possible. This is my second time there and I’ve had nothing but good experiences.
