Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Liza Jenza uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I love this place. Let me tell you why. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and my husband did also. Experience was great. Doctor was excellent. But then we had a problem with them when they arrived. We went back to the store and the experience was phenomenal. We were irritated prior to arriving because we had to go back. But once there we were treated respectfully and with great concern and kindness. First, one of the assistants Felix Thompson was so compassionate and friendly that we were smiling and happy to be there. He was incredible. Then we spoke with James who did everything he could to make it right.

A wonderful experience! I was treated so respectfully and I was listened to!! That means so much to me! The young lady helping me was TERRIFIC!! She really understood the type of frames that I needed and she was so helpful! My whole encounter was about 35 minutes, and I completely appreciated that aspect also. I will not go back to the other place for eyeglasses again!

Had the absolute best experience getting a new pair of glasses. I walked in knowing I wanted wireframe glasses and that’s it and Lorenzo had a perfect pair in mind. Immediately tried them on and loved them. I tried on other pairs because I didn’t think the first could possibly be the best and final but nonetheless they were! I can’t say enough good things about Warby Parker. I am disabled and low Income and within 30 days, I dropped my glasses a couple of times because I’m an amputee for some reason I thought the scratch resistance policy replacement was 30 days but it’s actually six months so I When I was researching on how much it would be to get my lenses replaced I saw that it was actually the six months and so I wrote to Warby Parker and said you know the best you guys could say was no, but if they could give me even a five dollar discount and it would Help me greatly they ended up getting back to me and said that they would not only give me the replacement but instead of Me paying $65 I wouldn’t have to pay anything as if I was still in the six month window. I went into the Cherry Hill location to hand in my glasses, and the experience was amazing. I also purchased another pair of glasses because my friend was with me and he needed a new pair since he had lost his. I will forever be a customer with Warby Parker and I’ve already told all my friends and family how you guys have treated me with kindness. This is how you treat your customer!!!!

I visited this store today for an eye exam and new frames with no expectations but had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Both Dr. Liza and Michele are knowledgeable, pleasant, nice, normal people. I feel like I now have little interest in returning to my original eye doctor which sucks for me because Warby Parker is out-of-network for my insurance.

My sales person Chris at Cherry Hill Mall NJ was excellent. He spent all his time and attention to get me the right frame for my face. Will definitely go get another pair from WP. The glasses get shipped to my house which will save me a trip unless I need an adjustment. Great experience. 10+++++++

Had a wonderful experience with Mallory and new hire James! My step dad, mother and I all had glasses to purchase and they were able to help us navigate through the entire process. Even after the pair of glasses I had originally bought wanted to get were sold out they were terrific with accommodating me. Would absolutely recommend that duo again. 15% off when you buy two or more pairs of glasses!
