Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
The well-known portion of an eye exam where you read from a chart of progressively shrinking letters until they're too small to see
The part of the exam that determines your prescription for corrective lenses (if you need them)
A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)

Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Made an the first appointment and showed up to a locked door or an incredibly freezing cold day. I looked at the hours, and thought maybe I’d made a mistake when I added the appointment time to my calendar- because the hours on the door sat 10:00 is when they open.
So I sat in my car to wait until I saw someone open the door. Only to have the staff say that I was late. I explained and they refused to see me! WTH did they make an appointment for me for 9:45 when they open at 10:00. (Did anyone tell me prior to knock on the door? No.)
I’d previously sent 2 of my family members there and paid their bills. Then when it was my turn, they screwed me over. Wouldn’t give them another dollar or refer anyone else there.
So if you get a 9:45 appointment, stand outside the locked door in the cold, wind or rain knocking like a fool.

I stopped in with a pair of glasses from another place that needed a repair. Cal took great care of me. He replaced not only the nose piece that had broken, but the other one so they would match. He was very nice and efficient and he wouldn't take any payment. I really appreciated the service.

First time at this location and it was nothing but a positive experience! Very organized, helpful and friendly. Avoid This Location - Poor Customer Service & Mismanaged Appointments
I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Warby Parker location in The Shoppes at Union Hill.
I booked a 9:45 AM appointment through their website, even though the store claims to open at 10:00 AM. At no point during the booking process was I warned that the store would not be open at my appointment time.
I arrived at 9:40 AM to find the doors locked, the lights off, and no staff inside. Several employees arrived during that time, were let in, and locked the door behind them while the store remained closed. At 10:00 AM, the lights came on and the doors finally opened.
When I explained I was there for my 9:45 AM appointment, I was told they could “try” to see me but would prioritize a 10:05 AM customer instead. When I explained I had arrived earlier but couldn’t enter because the store was closed, one employee repeatedly insisted, “I was here and didn’t see you,” in a dismissive tone.
The entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational.
If this location cannot honor appointments before opening hours, they should not allow them to be booked. More importantly, customers should not be spoken to this way when the issue is clearly caused by the store’s own scheduling system.
I left without being seen and will be escalating this to management. I would strongly recommend choosing a different Warby Parker location.
