I had a fantastic experience visiting Warby Parker. The store was bright, welcoming, and well-organized, with a wide variety of stylish frames to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, making the process of finding the perfect pair of glasses easy and enjoyable. Warby Parker truly combines great service with great style—I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! Outstanding Customer Service!! I damaged my pair of regular progressive lenses which had Lens Replacement insurance. After 9 days I received an email "the lab just received the lenses and expect your glasses within 7-10 business days." As a musician I needed the lens replacement sooner than later. Called the store, gentleman I spoke to understood my dire situation, called the lab, expedited the process and had my new lenses shipped within 2 days! I got them yesterday and they are FANTASTIC! No more Readers!! Thank you Warby Parker!!

Dr. Melzer was the best optometrist I could have ever asked for. He took the time to make sure that I received the correct prescription for each eye (since for me each eye has different vision). I specifically wanted glasses to aid with computer use (25" - 35" distance) and he (and we can't forget Pavna!) gave me many different tests so we could make sure he provided me the correct prescription for that specific distance. When I walked into the store Aleshia immediately greeted me and once I explained to her and showed her the types of frames I was interested in she knew exactly where to go and which frames would work well with my face. I loved how Aleshia, Marisol, and Sheila were so helpful with feedback on the frames, too! I've been to glasses stores in the past where the employees will tell you every pair of glasses looks great on you which can feel very insincere. I appreciated the three of them telling me which pairs they preferred over others, etc. The time and patience that Dr. Melzer showed me along with the helpfulness and sincerity of Aleshia, Marisol, and Sheila shows a true, genuine caring for their customers which is not something most people expect to find in a chain store. I'll be telling anyone and everyone I can to go to the Warby Parker in Princeton at Palmer Square!

Every one who works at Warby Parker in Princeton, NJ is extremely polite and helpful. But I would like especially to pick out Marisol Grosso for special praise. When there was a problem with my order and customer service could not address it, she solved it quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Warby Parker sells beautiful frames and lenses at extremely reasonable prices and they are delivered directly, and relatively quickly, to one's home address. What more could a customer want?

Princeton location is amazing. Sales consultants were courteous and the store environment was designed beautifully. I am from California and ordered for them to be shipped to San Francisco area. Please add a store soon.

Colin the optometrist happened to be on the floor and really spent a lot of time helping my partner find a frame. He has a great eye and an encyclopedic knowledge of the stock including colors that were not out.

Wonderful store experience. My husband and I were helped and bought frames that fit our faces perfectly. Marisol was especially helpful with making sure that the frames we chose made sense for our facial structures and for the type of prescription that we have. I came back in after my glasses delivered and Marisol (again!! amazing!) helped adjust my frames and now they're sitting correctly and I can see better. 100% recommend this place!

Everyone in the store is so helpful! I’ve been there three times in the past couple weeks to shop/pickup/adjust, and the sales associates remember me and have been nothing but kind and friendly! I want to specifically should out Marisol though. My glasses had gotten warped at the beach and she immediately adjusted them and got it perfect on the first try! I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never experienced that before.

I was in need of getting my wonky frames adjusted (my fault for falling asleep on the couch with my glasses on) and the Princeton team was very pleasant and helpful. Both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses were adjusted and now I'm so much more comfortable and "back on track". THANK YOU!

We are visiting from Dallas and my daughter broke her old glass frame in two. She had purchased these a few years ago from Warby parker and we wanted to swap out the glasses into a new frame. We headed to the Philly store in the hopes of finding a resolution and they said they didn’t have the frames and sent us on our way. The tech refused to find another solution for us. I guess in this day thats a normal level of customer service. We headed to the Princeton store and what a difference in the overall experience. There were 4 techs helping us out and they tried a few different options. The frames were discontinued and so they didn’t have them either but they tried to find a different color. They tried to see if another frame would work. They tried to reshape the glasses. When all else failed they called around to a few stores and managed to find one that had the frames not too far away. They even gave us directions on how to get there and which entrance to take. We were so relieved that she would be able to enjoy her vacation as she does not see well without her glasses. Such a great and truly refreshing experience - i have not experienced this level of customer care in a very long time. If you are reading this - thank you again! Please know that you made our day!

Store is easy to get to with lots of street parking and quick access to nearby garages. Store staff is kind and helpful but not pushy. They had a great selection and it was well organized. It took just minutes to get fitted and purchase the frames I wanted. An experience that would normally take hours waiting around in another store was smooth and easy here. I loved my experience getting glasses and will probably shift my eye exams here too!

I bought my glasses in February. They got a little messed up. I walked into the store and Marisol was excellent. I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes. Back on the road again with my glasses working properly. Good job good store.
