i’ve been a supporter of this company for about 7 years and the other day i went in and had a truly spectacular time!! Harrison and Veronica helped me out and we had an absolute blast trying on different glasses and sunglasses! i left feeling confident in the pairs they recommended me and i truly feel that they fit my face and my vibe! truly amazing customer service the workers there really deserve some love! <3

The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The selection and prices were great !!!!

The Sea Girt Warby Parker store is wonderful. Dr. Ross was amazing and Erin was very helpful with my frame choice. Appreciated the entire experience.

So I got new glasses at Warby Parker in Seagirt and I wanted to say how AMAZING the team of people working there are !!!!! They actually went above and beyond for me. So if you are looking to get new glasses I suggest you go there... AMAZING!!!

Shopping in the new Warby Parker store in Wall/Sea Girt was a pleasure today! It’s a beautiful, fun and boutique-like atmosphere that was a very nice experience compared to the well known eyeglass stores. The selection was vast and I had no problem find frames!

I have been purchasing WP online for years now. Excellent customer service I can’t compliment them enough. I was so excited to see one open close to me bc a lot of the frames I wanted to try on, you can’t get thru the website. I went to the Sea Girt store. Very nice atmosphere, clean, very helpful. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. They arrived at my house under the wrong name. I called the number of the Sea Girt office…. But…. The call goes to, a centralized phone answering service, so be aware, you never get the number to the Sea Girt office! I then found out they got my email completely wrong as well. So I had to go to the Sea Girt office to get the glasses adjusted and told them what had happened. They were very apologetic etc. I returned a few days later bc the pair of glasses I purchased didn’t fit well and I wanted to exchange them. No problem … I picked out a new frame… So I received and email that my order was placed. When I went to check on the order 8 days later, bc I had received no additional emails about when they were to arrive, the tracking just kept saying “oops, something went wrong”! So I called again… of course I can’t get in touch with the Sea Girt office, remember your calls go to a central phone answering service. They tell me my order was CANCELLED! … I could not believe this! So I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, trying to get my glasses order redone. Did I ever receive an email that it was cancelled? NO! Did I ever get the 400.00 dollars back after someone in the store canceled my purchase. NO! The woman I was working with must have went back to the “manager” at least 3-4 times while’s trying to place my order because she didn’t know how to work their computer. So that’s why the lower score

The sales associates at the Warby Parker in Sea Girt, NJ, were helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was greeted immediately but I was left alone while I browsed, I did not feel pressured or obligated to purchase anything. They answered all the questions I had and even tightened my current pair of glasses. I purchased a new pair and was done in less than 20 minutes! I highly recommend this store, I will be going back there for future purchases.

Purchased my first pair of prescription glasses at the ripe old age of 55.last month. From start to finish Anthony helped me through entire process !! Went in for quick adjustment today and once again he was so helpful,. So glad to have store so close to home.

Extremely helpful, patient & enjoyable experience

The staff was very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I was in that store about an hour and that includes eye exam and glass shopping!

Jamie was incredible to work with at the Seagirt location! Super knowledgeable and patient while I picked the perfect frame, style and case! She made me so excited for my new glasses to come and saved me ordering the wrong frames off the website! 10/10 experience

The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Dr Shanda Ross was very thorough with my exam and informative. Veronica provided excellent help and advice. She went above and beyond to assist me with finding the right pair of frames. I would strongly recommend this office for any of your eye care needs. Thank you to all I will be coming back for all my future visits. A well deserved 5 star rating!

Veronica was great! I was amazed at the selection, prices and ease of the experience.

Harrison gave great recommendations as I was deciding on frames. His selections were consistently flattering for my face shape, and he suggested styles I wouldn’t have initially considered that I ended up loving. I’m glad I had his input.

I really loved my experience in this store. The product is beautiful, plentiful, and so comfortable. Both salespeople were extremely helpful, offered advice based on shape of my face and skin/hair color. I had fun and the prices were so reasonable. I’ve been looking for a place to go with full service and an expansive inventory. Recently I went to Costco, because I love everything about Costco. Well you don’t purchase eyeglasses there if you’re looking for quality and service. The prices were similar.

Great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful with finding the right frames for my face. Got an everyday frame and a pair of sunglasses! Pricing makes it easy to buy more than one. Will definitely return to this store for additional pairs of glasses. Can't wait for them to arrive at my home.
