The Mall at Short Hills

I was very delighted with my shopping experience at Warby Parker at The Short Hills Mall! The choice of frames was plentiful and varied, the prices were very fair and reasonable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with my purchases.

The process was easy, the pricing was upfront, the customer service was great, and the glasses get mailed to the house. I highly recommend Warby Parker.

Optician, Monique, was friendly, professional, candid and very knowledgeable. She made the purchase super easy.

Just went in to get my frames tightened and now I have broken frames. Abena the optician was too rough and chipped off a piece of plastic from my frames. She said “oh a piece of plastic broke off, these things happen, if you had purchased your glasses here we could repair them at no cost, but since you didn’t there’s nothing I can do” Did not look me in the eyes, no apology, nothing! Terrible customer service. I said “it sounds like you don’t even care”, she replied “ that’s not it, there’s just nothing I can do” NO APOLOGY, no “let me see if I can reach out to manager” nothing, nada , zilch. I’m getting married tomorrow and now I have a pair of glasses that might fall apart at any given moment.

Great experience. I thought I had a scratched Cornia- eye was in severe pain when I moved or blinked. There were able to fit me in. Friendly, super clean and very comforting. The staff were great.

Monique and all the staff are amazing. I had such a great experience recently that I went back to buy another pair of glasses that I didn’t need. They’re all so kind, funny, attentive and most importantly, they are very patient. This is my favorite warby Parker of all the NY and NJ locations.

This warby parker was a great experience! Brought my mom in because she badly needed an updated prescription. The help was instant when we walked in from exam to picking out a fresh pair of glasses. Olivia who helped us, helped explain the different options for us and helped us pick the best fit for my mom! Love this warby parker and will be going back for all our glasses and exams.

Nice to have a local Warby Parker store. I use the online to help shop but love the store. Today I popped in and got a replacement frame for a broken frame in 15min AND they reformed the frame based on the old one so the fit was perfect. Thanks!

Great experience at the short Hills mall Warby Parker today. Last night, my prescription glasses suffered a casualty in the Whole Foods parking lot, falling off my face lens-side down onto the pavement in the dark parking lot. I promptly stepped right on them with my next foot fall, and an arm snapped off. You can guess that the lenses were beyond saving as well. Off to Warby Parker I went this afternoon, w prescription from my ophthalmologist in hand. I was pleased that I could get two pair with a 15% discount for less than $170 vs the 300 something I would have to spend at my local eye shop. The Customer service staff were knowledgeable and helpful, gave me honest opinions about a myriad of frames, and even made suggestions. They measured me in the store to ensure correct fit. WP had a great selection of all different sizes, shapes and colors, and I will absolutely be returning the next time I need to replace broken or lost glasses… Which will probably be in January. 😊

The employees were super helpful and offered phenomenal service and advice. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and helped me pick glasses that fit me and also looked good

Had to run to my car to pick up my glasses and was 8mins late. Told that I failed to meet their grace period. Not pleased with their approach.

Great knowledge and pleasant staff. Love the product, I've been a Warby Parker customer since the start of the company. I get many compliments on my glasses and have sent lots of friends to Warby all are pleased with their glasses. Love that you can come in and try on the glasses throughout the store, that they aren't behind a glass case.

Very knowledgeable & helpful staff! Specifically, Ella went out of her way to help me choose frames I love by pulling a ton of frames she thought id like from all over the store & weighing in when I tried them all on! She also helped me order a year supply of contacts & explained the rebate process to me. Overall Ella is phenomenal at her job. Her knowledge of the products, patience, willingness to help, & positive attitude made my experience at the short hills store exceptional. Highly recommend! Thanks Ella!
