Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Maimone uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to create a supportive, eye care environment—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

This store is great. Gabby was so helpful and not pushy or overbearing. She said she was new but I couldn't tell with her perfessionalism. Very busy store but the workers made you feel at ease. The guy who did my pupil to pupil measurements was also great. They also ran my insurance through and basically free glasses. I can't wait to get my glasses and get Gabby a raise.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I arrived 5 minutes late to an eye exam appointment and was met with shocking hostility from the young woman managing appointments with the clipboard. Instead of handling the situation professionally or with even basic courtesy, she spoke to me with a smug, condescending attitude that felt completely unnecessary and inappropriate.
There was zero attempt to accommodate, problem-solve, or speak respectfully — just immediate blame and dismissiveness, as though inconveniencing customers is part of the culture there. The interaction came across as someone enjoying the power of turning people away rather than helping them.
I left immediately and went to LensCrafters next door, where the staff were welcoming, professional, and actually seemed interested in earning business. They also had better quality frames at better prices.
Management should seriously evaluate how customers are being treated at this location, because one employee’s attitude was enough to lose a sale and ensure I won’t return.

I have been a few times for adjustments and to see the eye doctor for a new prescription. I went yesterday to have my eye looked at since it was bothering me and they were very nice at accommodating me the same day. I wasn't feeling well during the appointment and they offered me water and really made sure I was doing ok. Thank you!!

First time Warby Parker customer and I went to the Willowbrook location to pick out and try on frames. On my first visit, Brian assisted me in picking out frames and lenses closest to the pairs I currently have, and Shahin measured my PD. They answered the million questions I had about different types of lens customizations and broke it down and explained my options in a way I was able to understand. Both of them were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and definitely patient! When my frames arrived, I did want some changes. I think it's great that Warby gives you 30 days to make sure the glasses are exactly to your liking! Shahin and Omarys helped me with making the adjustments I wanted on my second visit and they gave me the same kind attention I received my first visit. I got my updated glasses last week and everything is perfect. I just wanted to shout out the amazing staff for walking me through every detail with great care and customer service. Thank you Shahin, Brian, and Omarys!

I’ve had a good experience with Warby Parker in the past, which makes this situation especially frustrating. I was ready to purchase a new pair of glasses, but was told I needed to provide a new prescription—even though they’ve accepted my existing one before.
I understand policies can change, but as someone with a very busy work schedule, it’s difficult to find time to get a new eye exam right now. The lack of flexibility here ended up costing them a sale, as I chose to go with another company that could use my current prescription.
Disappointing experience this time around, especially given how convenient things were before.

Great experience here. They were very busy on a Sunday but still managed to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Took my insurance, very kind and knowledgeable employees and thorough eye exam from the doctor, who was also wonderful. Their selection of glasses and sunglasses was large and affordable. Definitely recommend.
