Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Holly was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough in helping me navigate finding frames that fit my face. She was honest about what complimented my face or took away from it, listened to my desires in sizing and colors, was very transparent about pricing, and ultimately helped me find my dream pair. I wouldn’t have found them without Holly and I’m so happy she was there when I went in!!! Warby has always been a brand I’ve been fond of but Holly completely elevated the experience.

do not shop here. they will lie to your face to make a sale.
the sales associate who helped me has no clue what the product offerings are, at best. at worst, he tried to bait and switch me into buying a product that failed to meet my expectations despite telling me otherwise.
i asked multiple times if the lenses block IR. he said, “yes, yes, you’re getting everything. the lenses come with everything.” i asked him to clarify what is “everything”, like perhaps theres a list of features he can provide me to read. he said, “no, theres no list. but you’ll see it in your order when u get the email.” he had an ipad that was capable of accessing the warby parker website and yet he couldnt show me the lens features?
anyway, i bought the glasses and, while still in the store, i read the lens features on my order and checked the warby parker website on my phone. wow, guess what, turns out he lied to me and the lenses dont block IR, tried to play it off as a misunderstanding. this was not a misunderstanding — he never asked me for clarity, despite me asking about IR blocking lenses multiple times and he refused to show me the list of features that the lenses have.

The app is great, but I like how I can get my prescription and then physically try on the virtual picks I had saved, and find better options I hadn’t considered.
Drs. Nyon and her fill-in are diligent and thorough. And in the sales room, Celeste and Ramon are always friendly and work well as a team to help me make the best decision for my purchases.
