This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses—as well as eye exams for contacts prescriptions if you already wear contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

I wanted to find frames that were stylish and fit comfortably. Price was also important but not the most important thing. I loved the selection of frames at Warby Parker -- it was hard to choose! Ashley helped me figure out what was best and I ended up buying 2 sets of glasses for less than it would have cost for one pair at the place where I had my exam!

horrible customer service. Went in to try and get a copy of my prescription that I payed to get done and they denied me. Now I can't get an order and they say the only way is to pay for a whole new eye exam. Do not recommend these people unless you have them clearly tell you everything.

Had a nice experience at the Stuyvesant Plaza Warby Parker. The first time I went in I found the glasses I wanted. The second time I came back with my script and ordered them. Staff was friendly and the store is so organized. Hopeful that when they arrive at my house they will be great!

The store was very busy when I walked in, but the layout made it easy to try on frames even with so many people. Once I was ready, Amy checked me out in less than 5 minutes. She was incredibly efficient as well as friendly and welcoming. The glasses are very reasonably priced.

I was quickly acknowledged as I walked into the store. Although there were several customers ahead of me, both of the employees let me know they would be able to assist me as soon as they finished helping the customers they were working with. My glasses were adjusted quickly, and the employee was very nice and professional.

This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses at Warby Parker. The store is well laid out. I first selected frames at the store and then came back with my prescription. The process to purchase glasses was quick and easy. The staff member reviewed my lens options and then located the pupil location on the selected frame/lens. My prescription was checked. Subsequently, I received an e-mail receipt and was able to track the progress of the glasses manufacture. There was a delay, but I was kept apprised of the process. The staff member who helped indicated that if there were any problems with the glasses, I could come back for help.

Both my husband and I were extremely happy with the service for our eyeglasses and prescription sun glasses. The sales people are very knowledgable and helpful in a good way. Highly recommend this store. Although we love our normal eye doctor for diagnosis and monitoring eye health, getting our glasses here is a no-brainer.

A bright, clean, and inviting space. Customer service was somewhat helpful once I approached them for assistance.
I am a big fan of Warby Parker’s eyeglass quality with my favorite pair still holding up after 10+ years of everyday heavy use, excellent online customer service (5 ⭐️ online chat help every single time), and I truly appreciate their at home try-on program.
I happened to find myself near the shop, needed an adjustment on my glasses, and hoped it would be as positive an experience as online. Sadly, it wasn’t the customer service quality I’ve come to truly appreciate from the online service at Warby Parker.
They were somewhat patient since it took a couple tries/adjustments to find the right fit for my too tight frames. They were not impatient or rude, it just seemed as if every request or question I had it seemed as if they weren’t interested in helping.
For example, I found a pair that I wanted to purchase, but when I said I didn’t have my Rx on hand but offered to have it sent over it seemed like this was a crazy request, and she suggested I go through the website.
There are also a particular pair of eyeglasses I’ve been wanting to see in person but they aren’t available for at home try-on. I asked her if they were available to be seen in the shop and she said no- which is understandable. I asked if there was anyway to see them in person because I don’t want to order these sight unseen. I requested if they could be brought into the shop, she simply said she didn’t know, and then went back to polishing frames at the desk.
I took the hint, thanked her for her time, purchased a few cases (such lovely colors!), a cleaning kit, and went on my way.
In the future I’ll stick to Warby Parker’s excellent online service.

Wonderful place! Eye exam was very thorough and was remote, which sounds odd, but all tests were uploaded to the optometrist and I was able to speak with them via a tablet. Any questions were answered by qualified staff. Selection of frames is awesome and the frames are stylish and well made. This is my fourth pair of glasses from Warby Parker and I am always very satisfied. I purchased online originally, but this is my first visit to the store. The staff at the store was very courteous and helpful, going beyond, finding a frame in a color I desired to fit my narrow face! I highly recommend this location.
