I was so impressed with the professional and courteous service I received. The staff is excellent and I highly recommend.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and efficient. The tech doing my initial exams was very knowledgeable, happy to answer my questions and made me feel so comfortable with her bright personality. Dr. Symons was so kind, thorough and made the process quick and painless. I was nervous to try contacts for the first time, but Heather was so patient and helpful while teaching me, and had a lot of great advice! Thank you for a great visit! :)

Ordered new glasses on September 6th and was told they would arrive in 10 days. Ten days passed with no update, and the app just said “making frames.” When I called, I reached an outsourced call center (not the local store), and was told there was a facility update causing delays. Each time I called, I spoke to someone different who didn’t seem to care. First I was told to wait another 3 days. When that passed, the next call pushed it out another 7–10 days. I emailed customer support with my order info and screenshots from the app. The support agent couldn’t even find my order linked to my email—despite the fact that Warby Parker sends me constant marketing emails and had sent order confirmations. After I re-sent the order number manually, the app bizarrely showed my order as “processing” again, as if nothing had ever started. It has now been 19 days, and they still have not even begun making my glasses. I finally cancelled my order today. The staff at the Albany Stuyvesant Plaza location are great in person, but the overall customer service system is terrible. Avoid this company if you value clear communication and timely delivery. I’ll be getting my glasses elsewhere.

Customer service and attention I received were surprising and welcome. They assist me with picking out frames and expedited the order of my prescription glasses. I felt like I was in good hands with people who knew what they were doing.

Marcia is the most pleasant person I’ve had check my eyes. She’s friendly and knowledgeable, and explained every step thoroughly. My insurance doesn’t cover Warby Parker, but I willingly pay out of pocket to come here over an in-network location.

The staff was so helpful, it inspired other patrons to share opinions and ideas. It was like a party. And, we were done fairly quickly.

I wasn't aware that Warby Parker was in Stuyvesant Plaza until (upon my request for places to buy eyeglasses) my Ophthalmologist suggested that I might want to take a look. I recalled seeing commercials for this co. as an online option, so I was happy to see that they had a store. The store was very attractive, offered a nice selection of attractive frames, helpful and friendly staff and a competitive price. I will return next year when it's time to get new eyeglasses! Suggestions: 1) I needed to buy "extra-wide" frames to fit my face properly and they did have a nice selection, but I wish that they would have had 1 section with all of those frames together, instead of me needing to look at every frame on display to find options that could fit me. 2) Advertise that stores actually exist and that Warby Parker isn't strictly an online eyeglass center. I would have come here before had I realized. 3) Offer coupons and better discounts, especially for Seniors and military families.

Amy was fantastic in helping me adjust my new sunglasses and assist with an issue with my existing prescription. All I had to do was ask and she made it happen!
