This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses—as well as eye exams for contacts prescriptions if you already wear contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Yes! We can take any optical measurements needed to complete your order—and if your frames don't fit perfectly on arrival, an optician is available for adjustments.Plus: Every Warby Parker frame comes with complimentary adjustments for life. Swing by any time for a tuneup.
Yes, indeed. We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear and accessories. Whether you purchased online or in a Warby Parker store, we can help you out.We also accept returns and exchanges for contact lenses within 30 days of purchase if they're in their original, unopened box.
Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

Excellent customer service and support from staff member Ashley. Ashley was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for her to provide an honest opinion regarding the look of the frames and appropriate lens size for my prescription as I was shopping alone and wanted to be sure that I would be making the best overall choice to meet my needs. Ashley spent at least 1/2 hour helping me choose just the right frames and I could not have been happier with the choice. Ashley was also sensitive enough to kindly accommodate my hearing disability so that I could clearly understand what she was saying to me. Ashley…I hope Warby Parker is reading this. You deserve acknowledgment and hopefully a tangible show of their appreciation for the difference you make to their company. Thank you for all your help and consideration!

At first I wasn’t sure about telemedicine eye exams but after today I am all for it. Claire was the person who was helping during the exam. There was a tech issue and my appointment didn’t start on time. Claire was so patient and didn’t make me feel awkward waiting (15-20 minutes) for the eye doctor to get connected. While shopping for glasses, Joe initially helped me and allowed me to kinda look around and didn’t check on me too often. Then when I was deciding between a few and asked for opinions/help, he was right there and assisted. I ended up purchasing glasses I didn’t initially picked out because the other person (I didn’t get her name but she had awesome black cat eye frames) listened to what I liked about each frame and picked out a pair I didn’t even look at. Ended up buying those AND prescription sunglasses. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Wonderful experience. The sales associate was incredibly nice and prompt attention was made when checking out. She even helped my husband who doesn’t even have Warby Parker sunglasses help adjust his sunglasses and replace one of the nose pieces. Absolutely recommend.

I love the glasses and the good prices only thing I dislike is that you have to pay 120 for an eye exam even if you see perfectly in the prescription they gave you if it expires each year it’s unnecessary to pay that if I see perfectly and I can’t order glasses from them without a prescription

I was so excited to have my eye appt and to get glasses from here. I got there after booking my appointment online several days ago and was told that I was not in the books and no such appointment existed. What a first impression! I won’t be back. A waste of my time.
