They were really wonderful helping me quickly find 3 pair of new glasses while entertaining my toddler and baby.

Angelica and Janae Deserve the Credit—Not Warby Parker's Policies The only reason I’m giving 5 stars today is because of Angelica and Janae (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly). Angelica took the time to actually listen and escalate my issue, and Janae followed through with practical, real solutions. If not for them, I would’ve walked out and never returned to Warby Parker. Thanks to their efforts, I ended up spending nearly $800. Without them, Warby Parker would’ve lost both that sale and a long-time customer. That said, the direction this company is heading is deeply frustrating. Forcing customers to buy entirely new frames just to update a prescription—simply because their existing glasses no longer appear in your system—is a terrible, self-serving greedy policy. Let’s call it what it is: a cash grab. If you choose to change internal systems or policies, the cost shouldn’t be pushed onto the customer. And removing access to past purchases? That’s not just inconvenient—it’s shady. It’s starting to feel like Warby Parker prioritizes shareholders over the very people who built the brand: your customers. You’re extremely fortunate to have employees like Angelica and Janae. They did what your policies couldn’t—retain a loyal customer. Give them a raise! All the staff I've interacted with over the years at the Flatbush Warby Parker are professional and kind, but it shouldn't fall on them to compensate for the company's questionable business practices.

I made an appointment here the first time and was late so couldn’t be seen. They don’t have an office phone so you can’t call to check in on your appointment or anything else did that matter unless they contact you first. Cool. Made a second appointment to be seen, arrived on time just to find out they don’t accept my insurance. They have forms you fill out prior to the appointment. If I was out of network I should’ve been made aware at that point so that I don’t waste what already little time and money I have trying to be seen at a place that doesn’t accept the vision insurance I already pay for. Poor customer service and wasting my time.

They are the best. They fixed my sunglasses quickly and for free. And everyone was so nice! I brought in young kids and they gave them stickers and lollipops. Ugh they’re just the kindest.

They were amazing so professional and kind as soon as I walk in. I had ray bans that I thought I would have to get rid off and fix in 30 seconds. Thx so much for your help and professionalism and they even clean my other glasses.

Went to Warby Parker to order my teen son glasses for the classroom. Everything went along fine rep told me we would get glasses faster if we ordered them and had them delivered to our home address. I reviewed our address with rep and updated to current address. Just got notification that glasses were delivered to our OLD address that I haven’t lived at for five years. Very, very annoyed by the aggravation and hassle this has caused. Now I have to hunt down my kids glasses-just unacceptable.!!!

Received an email saying my glasses were finishing up and will be out the door in the next couple days. 2 weeks passed with no word. Had to call 3 times to finally receive an update. Only to be told the team "noticed something wrong with my glasses" and had to restart the entire process. I had to speak to 3 different representatives to finally get an update. Awful customer service, awful communication, and I won’t get my frames within a reasonable time. Very disappointed and probably won’t come back.

I'm a tourist from Europe and came in to have my glasses adjusted. Very uncomplicated and professional service. Staff was very polite.

Brandon was very kind, he gave me a very good explanation of the store and helped me with the choice of glasses, I am very happy with the attention he gave me.
