I would like to thank Dexter for his professional and prompt service! I had an eyeglass that was broken at the hinge. He assured me that he he could do the service immediately. Within two minutes, he fixed the eyeglass. Thank you Dexter!

Went for my first eye exam and first pair of glasses. The doctor and sales associates were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I’m definitely happy I went here to get my first pair of glasses.

I foolishly left a pair of frames on the floor and promptly snapped them. More than two months passed before I decided to get them fixed. Although these frames were not Warby Parker, I was still serviced with smile. Jennifer was my adjuster and she knocked it out the park. Her care and concern in fixing my glasses was comforting. I am so pleased with the finished product! Exceeded my expectations.

I loved it there! Super welcoming, lots of different options, amazing personnel who helped me a lot!

Terrible- Paid $300 and they can't delivery it!

Today was my first time at Warby Parker. Aaliyah did a fantastic job providing assistance! I really appreciate her recommendations and expertise. She was very friendly and was attentive to detail. She gave me a great selection to choose from and helped me narrow it down to my desired pair of eyeglassess! I had a great experience overall, will definitely come back again soon!

Forget paying 500-600 dollars for glasses, just go to Warby Parker. I went to the Flatbush store in Brooklyn, great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I’m done forking over tons of money for glasses. I picked up two pair for half of what boutiques charge for one with similar build quality. I even got a 50$ discount for buying the two and one had transitions. The price didn’t even crack the $400 mark. This is a no brainer, I definitely recommend!

Wow customer experience ..everybody so helpful with smile

Horrible waste of time. After ordering the wrong prescription and having to cancel to ordering the right prescription to be told it’s out of date and they can’t refill. This occurred over 2 days and two long phone calls yet the rep didn’t mention that I needed to update my prescription from the jump. It was a complete run around: and extremely frustrating when you desperately need to see. They hold you hostage and force extra appts on you. I won’t be using Warby again.

I recently visited this Warby Parker store to try on a few sunglasses and needed some help because I'm quite indecisive. Despite the store being busy, Gracie provided me with her undivided attention and offered her opinion on which sunglasses best suited my face shape. She was incredibly kind and patient, answering all my questions with grace ;). Her expertise and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience exceptional. I highly recommend this store and especially Gracie for her outstanding service!

Great service! Exam was quick, optometrist was very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me with everything I needed, no problems. Will definitely be going back for future eye exams.

They took the time to understand my preferences and face shape, guiding me to the perfect frames. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, ensuring that I left with frames that truly suited me. In addition to selecting frames, I also received a contact lens fitting and contacts. The optometrist was wonderful, providing a thorough and considerate eye exam and contact lens fitting. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with a warm and friendly demeanor. Overall, the customer service at Warby Parker on 208 Flatbush Ave was top-notch. Tristan, Shinnel, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of new eyewear or contacts!
