I Had a situation With my order of my prescription glasses, I took my time and went to the mall. I think it’s better to fix these problems in person and I’m so happy that I met Carlo Jay (Optician) Niesha (Store leader) They took the time to listen to my problem and I think when it comes to customer service, it’s one of the best things you could do, Listen to the customer. They work together and they were able to Fix the problem for me without any interruptions on the delivery date. A Plus… Service.

I had such a great experience with Niesha at Warby Parker in Queens Center Mall. She was extremely nice and patient. She made sure I was able to try on different glasses without feeling pressured or rushed. The optometrist conducting the eye exam was so nice and patient as well. She explained the process thoroughly and helped me to relax during the eye exam.

Needed a new pair of glasses and wanted to try something different. There were many styles to choose from and different widths of glasses, which I liked. Store personnel very helpful. I did wind up buying my glasses here. This is my second pair from Warby Parker!

The staff is incompetent. They didn’t ask for my insurance info upfront, didn’t warn me my lenses had PD dilation warning, and never measured me for new PD in the frames that had a warning. Went back and was given certain reasons the eye doctor needed to look but they had left. Went to a different store that basically said this was incorrect and I was lied to. New store fixed my issue.

Although everyone was very nice and the store was very clean I gave niw had to go back twice because of problems with my glasses. I feel like they were really pushing the progressives on me although I voiced at least trice that I didn’t want that. It also cost me more When I first got my glasses and tried them on everything looked distorted and I was dizzy and nauseous. The frames were also smaller than the ones I tried on in the store. I went back and was told that they needed adjusting and and was assured it was a measurement issue with the lenses and I had to pick out new frames so I could have the style and size I needed. Again I said please no progressives but they insisted try again now that issue is corrected So again I waited nearly 2 weeks and entirely wrong frames and color and hate the progressives. It makes me wonder if they are getting commission on the progressives 😡. Going back today for last time and will definitely insist on no progressives and my money back that I paid for that. I had such high expectations for Warby Parker. Very disappointed

Friendly staff and very helpful. My appointment was on time. The eye doctor in my opinion did a comprehensive exam and explained everything, and answered all my questions. Left happy!

Glasses are beautiful and stylish at a great price. The staff were Great and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience. The attendant assisted in me picking out the perfect frame as there was too many beautiful frames to decide on.

Amazing place. The doctor is nice and knowledgeable. she did a thorough exam on my eyes. I was please by how deep the exam was. The glasses are amazing also! I am excited to ger my new glasses.

Adjustments can only be made when the dr is in which is of course up to them (the hours where you work of course) :( and since that info isn’t on the site nor do they mention to call , you get to go ahead and waste your parking garage fuel $$ to just waste your time. Thanks Warby!
