Book an eye exam
This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.
We're in-network with several major insurance carriers, and we also make it easy to use out-of-network benefits. (Coverage may vary by location or plan.) Get all the details here.
Yes! We can take any optical measurements needed to complete your order—and if your frames don't fit perfectly on arrival, an optician is available for adjustments.Plus: Every Warby Parker frame comes with complimentary adjustments for life. Swing by any time for a tuneup.
Yes, indeed. We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear and accessories. Whether you purchased online or in a Warby Parker store, we can help you out.We also accept returns and exchanges for contact lenses within 30 days of purchase if they're in their original, unopened box.
Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

I like the fact you can get an eye exam and choose your glasses on site. They immediately email the results of your eye exam. Prices for each frame cost $95 and up so you know how much your spending. There is a variety of selections that are endless. Also your prescription glasses are mailed to you, less hassle to pick it up.Staff are helpful and courteous. It's a win win for me!

Do not to purchase from this store using cash and expect a smooth refund process. I have spoken to the store manager and 8 customer service agents to get a refund for a return. Each person has given me a different answer. I have been told to go back to the store for cash, to wait for a check, to go back to the store to get a check, to wait at least a month.... I have gotten the runaround with a complete lack of professionalism from the company and store manager. Do not shop from this store if you think you may return the product!!

Below average Warby Parker location. I came in with my mom, all they did was barely check us in for her appointment. No one came up to us to help us pick frames, but they took people who came in after us who didn’t even have appointments. Tried to get the sales associates attention because I wanted to buy sunglasses and was completely ignored. One gentleman only checked us out at the end because my mom’s appointment finished but it was very transactional. I’d rather go to a Warby Parker in Manhattan or LIC. Do better!

Had a couple of bad experiences here. Recently I arrived a minute past my grace period (arrived at 3:31, apt at 3:25) and they squeezed someone else in front of me, and the lady was dismissive. The other employee was apologizing, but on other occasions I experienced the same stuff. Came here 3 times in 6 months and everytime I got a different eye prescription. Maybe it’s a good thing I am no longer coming here.

Shania was an incredible helpful, kind, and knowledgable sales associate! Shania said hi to me when I first got to the store, gave me space to look around, and when I was ready educated me on what I needed/wanted. She never tried to "sell" me anything, but instead made me feel comfortable to ask questions, and to be curious about the other products. Shania is awesome!
