This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

AVOID WARBY PARKER EYE DOCTORS AT ALL COSTS
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Warby Parker eye doctors. I took my children to get their eyes checked, and what followed was a complete disaster. The doctor, Dr. Monique Weeks, did such a horrible job that she made my children's eyes dilate unnecessarily, and then gave them the WRONG prescription.
The glasses they received were completely useless, and my children couldn't see at all. I was shocked and upset, so I returned the glasses and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get a refund for the eye exam itself.
To make matters worse, the prescription from Warby Parker was completely off from the one provided by our regular eye doctor. When we went to get glasses from our regular doctor, my children received perfect prescriptions and can see clearly now. The difference between the two prescriptions is staggering.
Dr. Monique Weeks' excuse for the unnecessary dilation was that it "helps to see the right prescription." This is unacceptable. As a parent, it's my responsibility to protect my children's health and well-being, and I feel like Warby Parker has failed me in this regard.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Warby Parker eye doctors. They may promise convenience and affordability, but they are not worth the risk of compromising your children's vision. If you're looking for quality eye care, look elsewhere.

Prior to going to this location, my view of Warby Parker was favorable. Due to various competency and customer service issues at the Roosevelt Field location I’ll probably never patronage Warby Parker again. I ordered progressives 6/2. The female
Who measured wasn’t too competent as it took several attempts to measure and she just looked like she rather be at a lounge. I got them a week and a half later. My distance and reading were both off. 2nd trip to the store. Returned the progressives and I was advised to order two separate glasses; one for distance and one occupational. Another employee who couldn’t or wouldn’t assist oddly stands adjacent to me to ear hustle. I left the store. Now, I have to follow up at another store or via customer service. Go to Walt Whitman. When I tried to order online initially I had issues which forced me to the store. Horrible experience where close to two months in have no glasses. Don’t recommend.
From reading the other one star reviews Felipe has been an issue for some time. The management is aware of his bad attitude and customer service and he’s unchanged after any coaching feedback etc.

I just ordered glasses today at Warby Parker in Roosevelt Field Mall. It was such an easy process! There was a large assortment of fashionable frames. I picked a frame, was measured by an optometrist and was all done. The people who work there are friendly and professional. The salesperson put in my order online, and I will receive my new glasses in the mail in 7-10 days! Great job Warby Parker! I'll be back!

This time I worked with Melissa to pick out frames (for regular glasses and sunglasses), and she was wonderful! I ordered a pair of glasses online which had turned out to be too tight on my temples, even though I used the app’s measurement feature and ordered a wide frame. I tried them out for a few months instead of exchanging them like I should have, and was afraid it ended up a waste of money. I’m so glad I brought them to this location! The store was super clean and organized and the people were friendly and helpful. Emilio adjusted them and they feel and look great. Will definitely be back when I need more glasses.

I love the store at Roosevelt Field. Previously I bought online and this was much better. The salesman was so helpful and took a lot of time explaining the different options. I ended up buying progressives, sunglasses, and reading glasses.

UPDATE: I reached out to the email address provided in the response by the owner and they did the right thing by replacing my mom's glasses for free. And for that, I was grateful. Nevertheless, I wanted to wait a little bit to see how the new lenses held up before updating my review. It's been about a month so far and they've been fine. I've updated my rating to four stars to reflect the prompt effort to remedy our bad experience.

Terrible Experience At Warby Parker
Last April, I took my mom to the Warby Parker store at Roosevelt Fields because I had heard good things about the brand and the quality of their glasses. Prior to this, she had always gotten her progressive lenses from Costco because their glasses are great value for the price. But I thought a new pair from Warby Parker would be a step up in quality. (I was wrong.)
The service itself was good on our first visit, and we were able to find nice frames that my mom liked and order a pair with her progressive lens prescription. But after having them for only a few months, she noticed two small scratches. So, we went back to the store and to their credit, they honored their no-scratch guarantee and replaced the glasses with a new pair for free.
That was last June. And if this was the extent of our experience, it would have been a great one. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. Last month, my mom happened to drop her glasses on the floor and when she picked them up, she noticed large stress cracks on one of the corners. All of the damage was inside the lens as the lens itself was intact.
Both my mom and I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and something like this has never happened before. I mean we must have dropped all the glasses we’ve ever owned at least a 100 times each and never did they ever cause this kind of stress crack. Once similar cracks started showing up on other corners of the lenses out of the blue (see pics) and without being dropped or otherwise treated roughly, we realized it wasn’t the drop that caused this but the poor quality of the lenses themselves.
So, again to the store we went to see if there’s anything they could do. Even after seeing the cracks in person and even conceding that the type of frames (rimless) may have contributed to these internal cracks (something we were never told in advance was a possibility), they refused to do anything except provide a very small discount for a new pair (and I mean so small that it was actually insulting).
That means my mom is now stuck with a pair of glasses she’s embarrassed to wear, which she got less than 7 months ago and originally paid $445 for--or nearly double what her last pair of progressives from Costco cost. And those remain crack-free even after three years.
Maybe Warby Parker’s regular lenses are better quality. We’ll never know because we’ll never buy from them again. What I can say with absolute certainty is that their progressive lenses are dime store quality. Let my mom’s poor experience be a less to you all. It’ll save you $445.

Felipe tried to SCAM me. I wanted a pair of sunglasses that was listed at $95. Felipe told me to get them polarized I needed to pay an extra $100. I paid $195, but when I called Warby later the lady told me all of the sunglasses are already polarized. She had no clue why Felipe would charge me extra. The employees in store were generally rude as well. You suck Felipe.
