Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I recently visited Warby Parker on a busy Sunday, and despite the store being packed with customers and only a few staff members on the floor, I had a really positive experience.
From the moment my mom and I walked in, it was clear the team was juggling a lot, but Katriana stood out right away. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful while assisting both my mom and me. She took her time guiding us through frame options, answering questions, and never made us feel rushed- even with the high volume of customers.
Alicia, who helped with measurements, was also fantastic. She was efficient, professional, and made the process smooth and easy.
It’s not easy to maintain great customer service in such a busy environment, but both Katriana and Alicia handled everything with professionalism and care. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with them!

They told me my glasses would take 2 weeks to arrive but that I should probably have them much sooner. Its 2 weeks today and the glasses have not been manufactured yet. Customer service they had to outsource the lenses but didn't know if the lab had received them yet and they couldn't call the lab and had no idea when they would ship. They emailed the lab and said they should hopefully have an answer tomorrow as to wheather they can even make the glasses. When I used to shop at Lensecrafters it never took more than a few days to get my script.

Warby Parker’s only real advantage used to be the home trial. I was forced to go into a store, it was a completely different story not a single wide frame from the website was available. It felt misleading, like the online selection is just a lure to get you in the door. I bought glasses out of necessity, not satisfaction. Honestly, this is probably the last time I bother with WP. A good local shop will treat you better than whatever WP has turned into.
