Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

They told me my glasses would take 2 weeks to arrive but that I should probably have them much sooner. Its 2 weeks today and the glasses have not been manufactured yet. Customer service they had to outsource the lenses but didn't know if the lab had received them yet and they couldn't call the lab and had no idea when they would ship. They emailed the lab and said they should hopefully have an answer tomorrow as to wheather they can even make the glasses. When I used to shop at Lensecrafters it never took more than a few days to get my script.

Warby Parker’s only real advantage used to be the home trial. I was forced to go into a store, it was a completely different story not a single wide frame from the website was available. It felt misleading, like the online selection is just a lure to get you in the door. I bought glasses out of necessity, not satisfaction. Honestly, this is probably the last time I bother with WP. A good local shop will treat you better than whatever WP has turned into.

I bought a pair of glasses from this location a couple years ago. After being careful with my glasses, the warby parker lens quality is cheap and degrades quickly as it easily scratches and the lens coating is worn off. I cannot read properly or drive safely in them. I've worn glasses for 37 years and this is the WORST glasses quality I've EVER experienced. Cheaper for a reason, I see....I'm going back to my other glasses store where I know I'll be paying for quality.

Great experience getting my glasses and sunglasses here on 1/21/2026. Went in around. 4:15pm and was the only one there. Staff was super friendly. Helped to check both my insurance coverages. Helped me choose the best option for my frame when I couldn’t decide between 2 different colors and gave the best suggestion in getting one in the sunglasses option when they knew I was getting sunglasses anyway. So I wound up getting both pairs of what I loved at the end of the day! Filed my insurance claim for me at the end so I didn’t have to submit it to my insurance company myself. 10 out of 10 from start to finish!!

My boyfriend recommended WP to me, and I decided to give it a try. Although the wait was a bit long, the in-store experience itself was great. I completed an exam for both contacts and glasses, and the representative explained that the glasses could take up to 14 days to arrive. I let her know that I currently have no way to see without corrective lenses and that the three days’ worth of contacts they initially provided wouldn’t be enough. She was able to give me a few additional samples to last about five days, noting that it was all she could offer.
I left the store excited about my new glasses and decided to make it work with the limited contacts, hoping the glasses would arrive sooner than expected. Because I had no other option, I ended up wearing the daily contacts for two days at a time (which I know isn’t ideal) just so I could see.
My glasses were scheduled to arrive on 12/6. When they didn’t, I contacted the store to explain that they had not arrived as promised and that I had run out of contacts. I also shared that I was unable to see without them. The representative told me there was nothing she could do and that they could not provide any additional samples. She offered a discount, which I appreciated, but explained that it unfortunately didn’t solve my immediate problem of being unable to see. Despite explaining the urgency and the fact that I had been stretching daily contacts for multiple days, I was told again that no additional samples could be provided.
I am extremely disappointed that what had the potential to be a great first experience with WP turned sour so quickly. Given that they are eye-care professionals, I expected more understanding, compassion, and attention to eye health. I hope this experience is isolated to this particular store and does not reflect WP as a whole.
