I recently had an issue recently ordering glasses online because my prescription wasn’t fully accurate, so I visited the Warby Parker store at Walt Whitman Huntington. The staff was extremely helpful so nice and an employee named Victoria made sure my prescription was fixed quick and easy. Great store!

This is the BEST location by far!!! They have the most knowledgeable, helpful staff working in this location that it’s so worth the trip. I started coming here when it was my only option. Other locations have opened up closer to where I reside, since. I still make the 30+ minute trek there just for the amazing staff.

Victoria provided incredible customer service with not only a knowledge of the product specifications, but an aesthetic sensibility.. Stuart, who took the measurements is clearly experienced in his profession. Great experience!

If I could give 0 out of stars I would. I had to go to the store to get my son fitted for his glasses, no problem, got fitted and order was re-placed after 10 days from first order. Then I’m waiting for new order to finally be delivered but the employee didn’t follow through on there end so now we are 20 days past the order and I have to wait another 10 days because a simple click of a button was not done. The store was dead. They assured me that everything was done and it was not. So now my son has to go a Month after i ordered the glasses without glasses. You can’t speak to anyone but some customer service rep somewhere who has no idea what’s going on.

The customer service was exceptional. Love that he took the time to make my transaction smooth. (I just didnt get his name). I purchased a pair of progressive eyeglasses with my insurance. I have not received my first pair of prescription glasses yet but look forward to it. Thank you for making it easy and stress-free.

This was my first time visiting a Warby Parker store. Excellent service. Leslie was so patient and so helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses. Additional associates also played a role in my purchase. It really felt like an entire team assisted me today. So glad I decided to try Warby Parker.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

A top notch experience at Warby Parker in Huntington. I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years and usually have my exams and make my purchases at another retailer, but I recently needed a visit quickly and Warby Parker offered appointments sooner than the place I usually visit, so I tried them out. I had such an exceptional experience with two doctors (Dr. Hans and Dr. Carpio) so far. They are both so thorough, educational, helpful and down to earth. In particular, I had to come back close to closing on Monday, September 22 and didn’t realize that I needed an appointment for my visit to pick up a new brand trial pair of contact lenses. Even though they were close to closing, they sent me back to see Dr. Hans. He was extremely informative and taught me things that I had not known in my 20+ years of wearing contact lenses. The glasses variety in store is nice, the staff is professional and friendly, and I was seen right at my appointment time, without any wait, at my first visit (I saw Dr. Carpio then, who was also excellent). I will definitely be returning and I really am grateful to such a wonderful team available nearby.

Dr Tracy is fantastic! She knew exactly which contacts prescription lenses will work well with my current prescription. She was right! She also gave me samples to make sure I can read at work. I left so happy. Thank you

I had a terrific experience at Warby Parker in Huntington Station, NY. I was greeted immediately. The staff were very thorough and professional. I had an eye exam as well. I have purchased eyeglasses there before and will continue to use them for my vision needs.

The Warby Parker store at Walt Whitman was clean and full of knowledge staff. There are many options for prescription glasses and sunglasses. Getting the prescription immediately emailed to me was a bonus!
