Dr. Solange Carpio
Introduction
Dr. Solange Carpio graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2025. She is proud to be a member of the American Optometric Association.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Great place to get your eyes checked. Same day appointment. No wait. Friendly helpful staff, great Dr with tons of patience to explain every test and answer questions, make recommendations. State of the art equipment and great selection of lenses. They made the insurance process super easy AND gave my doggie a treat!…..can’t say enough nice things about this place and the staff. I have to say I was so impressed with the Dr at Warby Parker. I have never had such a thorough exam nor has a doctor explained to me everything in detail the way he did that it was in terms anyone can understand. No one would make a mistake by going there and being an examined definitely the way to go. I would recommend it to everyone.

it has been about 18 months since my last eye exam, so i chose to go to Warby Parker to get one for only the 2nd time. In the last 25 years of eye exams I have never met a doctor who actually knew about my sight issues and wrote me a prescription that benefited me and not just trying to write one to write it. He was so thoughtful in his approach, answered my questions, helped me understandthe whys behind his approach and thoughtfully explained what would be best for me. And the customer focused staff were also all so kind and thoughtful! they helped me with frames, went over my options and my coverage with me and left me feeling like I made the right choice in choosing Warby Parker over somewhere else. 10 out of 10, will return!

Was immediately greeted and felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Staff was not pushy to sell me things. Explained I booked an eye exam online and they quickly got the process started. Doctor was down to earth and easy to chat with. Again not pushy or rushing me out. Facilities are clean and modern, not a typical sterile feeling doctors office. I travel for work, so it’s nice they have locations everywhere in case I need something while on the go. Would definitely recommend using Warby Parker.

I don't bother going to the other places anymore. Early Parker has great eye drs, great people working on the floor and a great selection of glasses. Plus getting an appointment is always easy.

Excellent service from the front desk to the examination room. No wait time. It’s a pity my insurance seems to have dropped WP (worked previously) but I did the eye examination anyway and I’m glad I did. Chris was super helpful in finding a perfect frame shape and color for my face. This store was recommended by a receptionist at my eye Dr and it was a great recommendation!!
Unfortunately have to lower the rating to a 3 ONLY bc of what I dealt with as far as delivery goes.
1. There's nobody to speak to regarding delivery from the actual delivery service.
2. Delivery instructions were not followed and I dealt with it twice because glasses were shipped separately.
Warby Parker had no control over delivery once the order is complete.
Seems like companies nowadays from Amazon to WP lack good customer service and everything is AI. Terrible world to live in right now and makes buying anything such a hassle.

Everyone always told me to buy a Warby Parker lenses, they are nice looking but they are poorly made. I was simply cleaning my glasses and they bent, as I went to bend them back they snapped in half. They said there is nothing they can do. I only bought this pair 4 months ago.
