The Washington Street team is so good; Jamal especially helped me to make the best frame and lens choices. With his guidance and knowledge the process is a pleasure. Hana and Eva also shared style advice and made an impressive repair on my damaged glasses. I appreciate the quality, price and all around excellence at this Warby Parker location.

I was refused my booked eye appointment because I showed up 10 minutes late. There was no other customer in the store. Reps told me any appointment more than 5 minutes late is canceled. Nowhere is this policy stated on their website or was it explained to me at any point before I booked. When I called the customer service hotline they said there was no such policy and asked if I could return to the store because now the reps could see me. I refused. At that point I had returned to work, and had canceled my order. Warby glasses break and scratch easily but were an ease to purchase -- I think given the decline in service I will be going to the higher quality competitor.

Shirley is my vision sherpa. With a deep knowledge of Warby Parker frames — she immediately recognized my battered yet much beloved Begleys from 2011(!) no less — she effortlessly guided me on my "sightseeing" tour to find my next pair...or rather two since I concluded my journey with prescription eyewear AND sunglasses. Well versed in logistics (I wanted my frames in time for an upcoming trip), affable (I felt like I was chatting with a friend) and tasteful (I kept nodding my head to her stylish curation of glasses for me to try on), Shirley was hands down the. best. part. of IRL shopping.

Warby Parker in the Meatpacking District is the best!! Jamal and Emily were so helpful and patient. They found me a funky pair of glasses. Thank you both- I will be stopping back for a pair of sunglasses next….
