~ “We don’t want to make it too loose.” ~
Recently brought my Caswell (Shoreline) for an adjustment. After noticing it was too tight on the handles, I brought it back. One of the guys said, “It shouldn’t be too loose.” That’s funny considering a female employee tightened it to begin with. He rubbed some oil on it and didn’t do anything else. It was still tight.
I went to this SoHo location for a third time and saw a manager. I told him my story. The manager couldn’t care less. He wasn’t empathetic and very quiet. I told him I wanted a refund and he told an employee to give me my money back. The guy who setup my refund was more empathetic and had the most professional attitude. He was easy to talk to. Cool dude.
All this could’ve been avoided if the original employee had loosened the Caswell glasses. I’ll keep my Amelia glasses for two years and decide what I’ll do next.

Week turnaround to have your prescription glasses done is ridicoulous in this day and age and especially in the middle of NYC. I walked right out.

This was my first time dealing with Warby Parker, being referred by a family member who has ordered eyeglasses from it in the past. I chose to go to its SoHo store for convenience. Overall, I was quite pleasantly impressed by all the team members I had contact with. They were all very friendly, and helpful. The lady who assisted me never tried to rush me into making decisions. There are plenty of frames and lenses to choose from at reasonable prices. The doctor who examined me was thorough and happy to answer questions. At the end of my visit, I placed my order and left the store feeling appreciated. I hope the quality of the eyeglasses is as good as the service I received today.

Incredible costumer service experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The doctor that saw me was not just extremely polite but also helpful in describing my overall eye health. Not to mention the post-exam experience. They made sure to let me take my time choosing the right frame and where patient and friendly throughout the whole process. Warby Parker delivers affordable quality and style, if you find a style you like. The team is always courteous. The Greene St location was tidy as are all locations I've been too and I was greeted promptly. Generally I would like to see more rectangular frames and less round/cat eyes. I came in for an eye exam and with the intent of buying but I wasn't able to fall in love with a pair of glasses during my visit.

The employees are very welcoming. The doctor who did my eye exam was so professional and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all, i felt very seen and heard. The manager Andres made the checkout process so easy and fast. I give them a 10/10. I am excited about my glasses that are coming in the mail and I will be back to get a second pair.
