I’ve been a WP client for several years and this location is the first one that made me feel not welcomed. I waited for an associate to assist me and even browsed by register to see if someone would offer me help, but I was ignored. The staff of 3 plus the supervisor was entertaining one person. I was ready to try on some frames and make a purchase, but my feelings were hurt. With this experience and the company’s inflexibility to swap out lenses for the their frames, perhaps it’s time for me to move on to a different brand.

5/5 experience! I went in today where I received a comprehensive eye exam for both glasses and contact lenses. I was helped by James who was one of the bests associates I have ever worked with. James was super friendly, kind, and compassionate in hearing all my concerns and gave me the best recommendations when picking out a new pair of glasses. My experience with the Optometric Technician (Kendall) was super helpful with all my imaging and retina scans before meeting with Dr. Emily Ortiz. Dr. Ortiz was amazing, and she also took her time when conducting her eye exam evaluation, went in-detail regarding my retina scans, and provided the best recommendations for glasses/eye contact lense brands. Overall, one of the best eye doctor visits I've had in a while with a,positive atmosphere with the use of the newest technology equipment I've seen. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

🌟✨💫 What an incredible experience at the Union Square Warby Parker store! 💫✨🌟
I am beyond grateful and enthusiastic about my visit to this store, and I can't wait to go back for more frames! Union Square is on a roll today - every store my son and I have visited has been absolutely amazing. The staff at this location is truly fantastic - they treated us with such kindness and respect. It's such a refreshing change to be treated like normal people, especially when we've experienced discrimination elsewhere.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this location 100%! When I went in looking for glasses for my son, whose prescription frequently changes, we found a pair that he absolutely adored. The pricing was exactly what I was looking for, between $100 and $150 - such a great value for the quality we received.
Our glasses will arrive by March 14th, and the best part is that no expert is needed for the fitting. I am eagerly anticipating receiving them! Thank you, Union Square Warby Parker store, for such an exceptional experience. 🙌👓💖

They advertise that they accept health insurance and at the end I have to pay from my pocket, because they don’t take Healthfirst insurance and they told me that the insurance company will give me the money back and I founded later that it isn’t true.

At first glance, it’s a good store with a large selection of glasses. However, I was very unhappy. I received a gift card from a loved one. It was a gift for St. Valentine. But the service in the store spoiled the impression.
When I went to the Warby Parker, no one came up to me and offered help. I inspected the glasses on my own for almost 20 minutes. Only after I asked for help was I asked how they could help.
Secondly, it is very unfortunate that the cost of the frame (it costs from $95) is not included in the cost of a doctor's exam. Usually, when you buy a frame, the examination from the doctor is free.
You also need to pay extra money for lens replacement.
So, buying glasses in this store will cost more than $220 (frame, doctor's examination, lenses).
Still, the impression of the store was ruined not by the price, but by the service. By the way, the consultant could not normally explain how to make an appointment with the doctor and for what time it could be made. So I had to go to another Warby Parker (in Soho) to get answers to these questions. The service there is much better.
