I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker Union Square. The optometrist was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything during my eye exam. Lamont was especially helpful—he went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect frames. His friendly demeanor and great suggestions made the process enjoyable and stress-free. The selection of glasses is stylish and affordable, and the entire vibe of the store is modern and welcoming. Went for my yearly check-up and found out that there was a slight change in my prescription. You know what that means new glasses. I was indecisive but with the help of my favorite optician Lamont, we were able to narrow my choice to Esme. I’m in love with the way I look and happy I can see better. Thank you, Lamont!

Stopped by today for an exam and new glasses, the assistant/nurse and eye doctor were super meticulous and detailed with their work! I was greeted and helped the whole time by Rory, who was so incredibly sweet and patient as we tried to pick out a frame best suited for my eye shape and she walked me through each step of customizing my new pair of glasses. This is definitely my new favorite WP location! Will be coming back many more times in the future.

I came in over a span of 72 hours… first day was an eye exam appointment (which went so smoothly) and 48 hrs later I ordered my new pairs of glasses. Zohar was AMAZING in assisting me during both my initial visit as well as my last visit; I not only got a great suggestion the first time, but the second time I stopped by granted me another great option of another pair! I also found out I was able to replace my sunnies’ lenses with my updated Rx. TY for being so patient with the purchase process (card turned into emergency cash)! Even the greeter upon entry was super kind and welcoming… “Mariel with the cool braces” — as quoted by my kiddo. WP for the win!! ^_^

For all eye needs, I couldn’t more highly recommend Warby Parker overall and this location in particular. I’ve been a loyal Warby customer for some years now because of their low prices for contacts compared to other opticians, easy/convenient ordering and booking, technologically advanced eye exams (eg no dilation, but back of eye imaging), and cute, well-made frames. Dr. Patro was knowledgeable, patient, and kind in my exam and Rory and Zohar were friendly and thoughtful helping me pick out my glasses and sunglasses.

Many thanks to Kiara for helping me order my replacement glasses, and providing me with a receipt for reimbursement. She knows her stuff, and kindly found a couple of styles for me based on my selfies, as the store had been rearranged since my last visit. This store always looks busy, but there is never a long wait to be assisted and the staff are friendly, stylish, and happy to help. Even though it was close to closing time Kiara didn't rush me and I look forward to getting my new frames!

Today, I entered a new phase in life as an eye glass wearer. I got my first prescription and was nervous about choosing a pair of glasses. I love sunglasses but this is different! I walked in and was helped immediately. Zohar was great - super attentive, helpful, sincere. Didn't pressure me on upsells. All around great experience and now I'm excited to wear my prescription glasses.
