Warby Parker employees here are wonderful. They were informative and friendly and helped guide me through my first time ordering and using contact lenses.

Some of the best, most professional people I have come across in a long time. A wide selection of glasses and many lens options.

The staff in the store was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a good selection of frames. Glasses were priced fairly. An optometrist was there to help with the specifications for progressive lenses. All in all, a very good experience.

I love Warby Parker! I've had a pair from there for many decades and they still held up over time. I just went in for an eye exam because I wanted to get a new pair after shopping online and having 2 previous pairs break on me. Warby is a brand I trust and knowing I can get really cute frames and an eye exam in one place is why I especially love them + the customer service is always incredible. I also don't have eye insurance but i think its pretty affordable for great quality frames. The shopping experience also feels very personalized and I love that the team is so sweet and will help and give their opinions + now I'm biased on this location since it's a block away from the Flowing Together mural I painted in May at Union Square 14th street. @almontestudio if you're not local and want to see it. :)

In the past I have bought 4-5 glasses from Warby Parker with out an issue. When I ordered my glasses this time, I clearly stated I will be leaving NYC by a certain date and that the glasses needed to be shipped to me in FL. I saw on the WP app that the glasses were shipped to this store. Big mistake from the salesperson as I can’t pick them up in NYC. First, you can’t call the store directly, second you have to call a call center where I get the same response, were waiting to hear from our team member at the store. UPDATE, it took 2 weeks and I FINALLY got my eyeglasses and they are perfect. WP went from 1 star to 4 stars. Please find a way that customers can call the store directly please! Update Update! I got an amazing pair of glasses and the customer service was outstanding!

James the salesperson who we saw today was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with frame shape and style to fit you well. Working with him was a big reason I purchased the glasses.

Warby Parker Union Square at 15th street and 5th avenue was terrific. I stopped by a few weeks ago and was happy to know they do contacts as well as glasses so I returned. I was thrilled with the time Leah and the rest of the staff took with me. I needed 3 different pairs of glasses and contact lenses. They covered everything with me and listened to my needs and what was possible for me and my narrow face! Much appreciated Leah and the staff!

The end to end process is extremely efficient and all the employees are very pleasant and thorough. The selection of glasses and contacts is great, great routine eye exam, and able to handle medical concerns as well. Will be coming here for all my eye needs for a long time.
