One of the best Warby’s I’ve been too. Staff are extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Bonus that they also have affordable eye exams In the back at this location. Repeat customer for life.

I was nervous about trying Warby Parker. I have only purchased my frames from the shop connected to my optometrist, but last time I went they really didn’t have anything that caught my eye. Going in to Warby Parker, I was immediately greeted with a smile. Looking around the shop, they had a wide selection available. I liked how everything was organized. The associates Sherley and Hana were very friendly and helped me find two new frames. They took their time showing me different options and even brought out different colors they had available. Checkout was smooth and easy too. I highly recommend Warby Parker on Washington (ask for Sherley or Hana for great service)!

Some friendly folks helped me and my ma out pick some glasses, super patient with the all question she had and all the frames she wanted to try. Just good vibes all around

I had a great experience at the Warby Parker shop on Washington Street in the Meatpacking District this morning. Both employees were incredibly helpful and efficient. I came in to have my glasses repaired because the small nose pad had fallen off, and they replaced it quickly and with care. I’m very grateful for their excellent service!

This Warby Parker location is my new favorite of all the stores. Victoria was super helpful. She offered thoughtful frame suggestions and clearly explained the many lens options. She took the time to ensure I found a flattering frame for prescription sunglasses. It was a surprising Relaxed and easy process, and an excellent value.

Amazing work from the Washington Street staff! I came in to put new lenses in an old frame and it was not budging at all. It took some time but they never stopped trying 😭🫶🏾Shoutout to the opticians Kevin (sorry for the blisters but the frames look goodt 🤓)and Andrea! And the lovely other people there that helped me try on frames in the meanwhile, Natalie, Hypnos and Jamal~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
