Looking for an immediate eye appointment, made it easy to complete online. I was very happy on the other locations offered to help me make my decision with scheduling. Had an awesome experience getting a new prescription and ordering contacts. Dr. Patel was fantastic, very warm, and took her time to answer all my questions, and help me with getting a new prescription [turns out my prescription for the last 5+ years had been too strong and no Dr. had realized before!]. Andrea helped me with ordering new contacts and seamlessly swapping the lenses on my old glasses to my new prescription. Very easy and quick experience, and everyone in the store was so lovely!

I went to Warby Parker for an eye exam and to get a contact prescription on 1/10. I was given the incorrect prescription for my contacts.
I called 1/15 to get the correct prescription and was told I would need to go back to Warby Parker and get my eyes re-checked. I advised this was unacceptable since I had originally asked for this prescription. I also had a less than pleasant experience with the eye doctor (charged more than initially discussed, waited 35 minutes for my appointment without explanation/apology); therefore, I was not planning on utilizing their services again. When I expressed this, the representative I spoke with said she could connect with the doctor to get me my correct prescription.
I never heard back from Warby Parker and called again on 2/6. I was told the doctor never responded to the original representative and the new representative sent a follow up.
I received a call back/VM on 2/7 advising that I would not be able to get an updated prescription and I would need to return for a new eye exam.
I called back on 2/7 and asked when the earliest appointment was, but was told I could not get in for at least another month. At this point, I said this was not the client experience I am looking for especially after how much money, time, and effort I am putting in to get contacts. I asked for a refund on my contact portion of the exam and I was told I would receive a follow up from Warby Parker confirming the refund.
I have received nothing-no refund, no follow up, no new prescription. I now need to go to a new doctor to get my prescription since Warby Parker failed to give me what I have paid for.
