This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Went into the store this week and found a great and charming store with great employees. However, despite the help I got I can only give 1 star due to the very visible animosity from who I assume is management given their tone to the employees. It was very noticeable from when I walked into the store to when I was browsing the frames. It gave a very bad energy, and made me very uncomfortable so I left the store without making a purchase. Seemed like they did not like the people working for them.

I wanted to like this place. I wanted to give it a chance because I heard good things. However that wasn’t my experience. My glasses failed quality inspection twice and what was Supposed to be a 10 day issue, became 20, and then finally 30. I had to call and cancel. What bothered me the most was everyone I spoke to from this location, to corporate help, everyone said “we will be with you step by step and update you within the next day or two” . This was from 3 different people, but not one email or phone call. Just an overall bad experience.

Interesting that when I clicked here to make a review, a whole bunch of negative reviews came up. I have to think those were from "entitled" types because I found the associates of the story to be first rate. And I am positive I'm not easy to please. I was approached rather quickly by Peter, in the most soft-sell I can imagine, offering assistance. (know that the store was very busy - a Saturday). This man totally knew his stuff; listened to me and then brought 1/2 dozen great choices to the table. Spot on. With my choice, he turned me over to 2 to writeup the sale. Became 3 with a great optician-type man (also named Peter) who added measurements specs to the work order. I'll be picking them up in a week. Great experience from these gentlemen. I wouldn't be surprised if by the time you are reading this, all these great warbyers are promoted.

Avoid Warby Parker at the Westchester if you are Black. This past Saturday, my family and I decided to check out the glasses at Warby Parker. Immediately we were greeted with an attitude and an insincere hello. As we tried on glasses we noticed staff staring us down. As we shifted around the room, we noticed their gazes shifting with us. My mother was very interested in getting a pair of glasses but we ultimately left due to feeling uncomfortable and profiled. In this climate, as an African American family, we are determined to spend our money where we are wanted. Warby Parker needs to train their staff members to be courteous and respectful despite an individual's race or creed. DO BETTER!

I cannot stress this enough but avoid the ophthalmologist Peter. This guy thinks he's God's gift and can't be bothered with simple questions for my son. My five-year-old was getting his first pair of glasses and it was struggling and Peter had no patience at all for me or my son. I don't know how this guy could be called the doctor.. after we finally left and received our glasses of course the prescription was incorrect and we had to go back and Peter had to adjust the second time and give us more abuse. If you want to save money go to Costco or America's best because this was not worth it and I will never go back again.
