This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

This was a great experience at Warby Parker. My wife insisted on going to there for her new glasses and we were quite satisfied with the store, the selection but mostly with the help we received from Tristan, who was excellent. I spoke with several of the people who work in the store, all were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Don't waste your time!
Not helpful at all. They are all standing around talking about smoking. No help just eye rolls. No one even cared that I left. I went back inside to complain. The response was ok.

Drove 45 minutes to try glasses every worker in the store was standing around talking about weed. Not one of them tried to assist other than asking if we brought a prescription. Very unprofessional customer service. All we got was an eye roll.

They were great. Fast, knowledgeable and efficient. I wasn’t rushed, but was able to be in and out quickly. I love my frames and the service made it easy and enjoyable. I tried to do it online and found myself frozen with choices and the time of sending frames back and forth. I went into the store. Found three frames. Tried them on. Boom! Picked one, paid and left. Perfect!

I went to the Warby Parker store at The Westchester in White Plains for the first time, and was very impressed!
The optician who helped me (I did not get her name) was very professional and knowledgeable, and there was a large selection of frames to choose from.
As someone who’s been wearing eyeglasses for over 50 years, I can say this was one of my best experiences.
I highly recommend.

I found the staff at the WP location unhelpful and unfriendly; they looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. I had to approach them for help.
The optometrist had to stand on the tips of his toes to measure me for my glasses. I asked if I could be re-measured while I was sitting; the staff got me a stool to sit on in the middle of the store. The optometrist rushed through the second measurement just like he did the first. When the measurements were different he said something to the effect of a millimeter here, a millimeter there doesn’t matter. I was shocked and disheartened at his response. The device he used to measure me looked like a toy compared to what I’ve experienced at Lens Crafters and other optical stores. I never experienced worse customer service at an optical store and supposedly from a licensed optometrist - I wonder if he should be? I found the optometrist rude and unprofessional.
The service was just as bad when I picked up my glasses – the person essentially was going to hand them to me and say see you later. I had to ask if I could sit down and try them on, look in a mirror and ask for a minor adjustment.
Why don’t you use a properly designed and constructed store and proper equipment to fit people for glasses?
My friend recommended the White Plains location – I’ll have to ask him why?

My wife went here for her glasses and said I should go as well. A little far for me - almost an hour away but she works in White Plains - so made a Saturday morning appointment. When we got there early they took is right in. The optometrist was great and the exam was super quick. Then it was time to pick out frames. The selection was huge and we drove our poor associate Sky crazy by going back and forth on picking one. But Sky was awesome and she finally got us to a decision. Glasses came in the mail and fit perfectly. I used to use My Eye Doctor and then Americas Best. No more. I am a Warby Parker costumer for life.

I had the most informative eye exam I have ever had. The staff and Doctor were exceptionally friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable about products. The time spent there was far less than anticipated. Will definitely be going back!
