This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

I needed new frames (and lenses) for my daughter. I had been going to the in-house optician at her ophthalmologist's office, but I felt he overcharged us to the point that we couldn't afford his prices anymore. After trying my own optometrist's business -- and being turned off by the apathetic customer service -- I tried Warby Parker. Where has this place been all my life? Excellent customer service and even better prices. I won't be going anywhere else for my glasses or my daughter's!

I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker, White Plains. I found 2 contrasting frames that suit my face. The assistant was thorough and efficient when he took my eye measurements. The other assistant entered all the info, and I was served and on my way very quickly. I appreciate that I don't have to visit the store again as the glasses will be mailed to me. My order and receipt appeared immediately in my email account. All in all a pleasant experience.

The store was beautiful with a great selection of frames at great prices. I still can’t believe that I got stylish frames and prescription lenses for $95. The doctor and technician that helped with my exam were so professional and friendly as well. I felt they really took their time to get my prescription just right. Finally, the person who assisted me with my selection of frames was wonderful. She really helped me find something that suited my face. I’m really a basket case when it comes to frame selection and she was so patient with me. This Warby Parker was amazing!

You will be treated very nicely in the store the selections on the shelf Vary once you leave the store after you've made your purchase you will be treated like a number you will not receive your glasses when you order them in any realistic time nor will express shipping matter when you call you will get a run around and have to speak to an AI. I am a real customer going through a real situation with them right now and I'm trying to get a refund for my express shipping I ultimately will want a refund for my glasses because they will not arrive when promised and I have a trip that I am on.

The Warburg Parker in the Westchester mall is the perfect place to browse and purchase glasses. The worker, Jack, was amazing and knowledgeable and very understanding. He was quick but did not rush us. I would recommend anyone to come and purchase glasses at Warby Parker.

Don't waste your time!
Not helpful at all. They are all standing around talking about smoking. No help just eye rolls. No one even cared that I left. I went back inside to complain. The response was ok.

Drove 45 minutes to try glasses every worker in the store was standing around talking about weed. Not one of them tried to assist other than asking if we brought a prescription. Very unprofessional customer service. All we got was an eye roll.
