Had such a wonderful experience today at warby Parker at the Westchester Mall..the staff was very pleasant and helpful..my exam was very thorough, the Dr was very pleasant and personable..

My first visit to the my local Warby Parker store was outstanding. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by kind and friendly staff. The customer service representative who helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the effort made by everyone involved and I have recommended it highly to anyone I know who needs frames’

I needed new frames (and lenses) for my daughter. I had been going to the in-house optician at her ophthalmologist's office, but I felt he overcharged us to the point that we couldn't afford his prices anymore. After trying my own optometrist's business -- and being turned off by the apathetic customer service -- I tried Warby Parker. Where has this place been all my life? Excellent customer service and even better prices. I won't be going anywhere else for my glasses or my daughter's!

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The eye examination by Dr Patel was professional, thorough, friendly and patient. I immediately felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive helping me to make good choices for my eyewear. I am grateful ☺️.

I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker, White Plains. I found 2 contrasting frames that suit my face. The assistant was thorough and efficient when he took my eye measurements. The other assistant entered all the info, and I was served and on my way very quickly. I appreciate that I don't have to visit the store again as the glasses will be mailed to me. My order and receipt appeared immediately in my email account. All in all a pleasant experience.

The store was beautiful with a great selection of frames at great prices. I still can’t believe that I got stylish frames and prescription lenses for $95. The doctor and technician that helped with my exam were so professional and friendly as well. I felt they really took their time to get my prescription just right. Finally, the person who assisted me with my selection of frames was wonderful. She really helped me find something that suited my face. I’m really a basket case when it comes to frame selection and she was so patient with me. This Warby Parker was amazing!

You will be treated very nicely in the store the selections on the shelf Vary once you leave the store after you've made your purchase you will be treated like a number you will not receive your glasses when you order them in any realistic time nor will express shipping matter when you call you will get a run around and have to speak to an AI. I am a real customer going through a real situation with them right now and I'm trying to get a refund for my express shipping I ultimately will want a refund for my glasses because they will not arrive when promised and I have a trip that I am on.

The Warburg Parker in the Westchester mall is the perfect place to browse and purchase glasses. The worker, Jack, was amazing and knowledgeable and very understanding. He was quick but did not rush us. I would recommend anyone to come and purchase glasses at Warby Parker.

This was a great experience at Warby Parker. My wife insisted on going to there for her new glasses and we were quite satisfied with the store, the selection but mostly with the help we received from Tristan, who was excellent. I spoke with several of the people who work in the store, all were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great store

1) Very limited selection 2) Workers were inattentive - completely indifferent to my presence 3) Frames were very expensive. 4) You have to pay for parking

Don't waste your time! Not helpful at all. They are all standing around talking about smoking. No help just eye rolls. No one even cared that I left. I went back inside to complain. The response was ok.

Friendly service, no wait time. Staff demonstrated many versions of transition lenses until I found right one. Great spot, highly recommend.
